lol at my prediction. It was a fairly safe bet what with him winning SS and the Topanga League, but that's the nature of such a stacked 2 out of 3 bracket. Interesting.

I felt sorry for Dragonfist there. His Guy looked pretty legit but there's not much you can do against the best Fuerte in the world if you've not fought him before. Should probably have gone with ultra 1 to punish blocked/whiffed splashes though.

In fairness to him, booing obnoxiously when Noah's opponents hit him has been the done thing since last year's Evo. He is really very irritating though.

Yeah. I think Lud is the only one with a chance of doing anything but it's still nice to see.

The fact that she's so free against Akuma, Seth and Viper's post knockdown game is a big reason why she won't be troubling major top 8s any time soon barring a minor miracle. I'm not surprised he switched there because she struggles to anti-air Akuma and once he's knocked her down it's game over. EX Spinning bird is utterly useless against the vortex. Same thing with Rufus; she can keep him out for a bit, but once he gets in it's total destruction and she doesn't have good enough damage or stun output to kill him before he gets too much meter. She has winning match ups but they're not against the characters you have to beat to win a major.
