T. Hawk vs Guile is silly. He could have done a couple of EX dragon punches to punish all the up-backing, but it's such a hard match up. I wonder if all it would take to make T. Hawk less rubbish but not make him too good is to give him slightly faster meter gain. When he's out meter he is so crippled by his bad match ups.

I've grown to love Hawk this year and he's a bit of a favourite amongst my housemates. Probably because he reminds them of Khal Drogo from Game of Thrones in his alt costume. We pretty much call him Drogo exclusively now.
