I'll look into Ultra 1, I stay away from it just because my execution on charge moves is iffy.

I know I'm probably the last person you should take advice from, but I used to play Chun in Vanilla and found that a nice smooth not to quick motion was always the best with her Ultra as I found doing it too quick would result in me fluffing it
