I love Art and Spooky and their lovely voices. I want a t-shirt with a row of eggs in eggcups dressed up as street fighter characters - one might have a little red headband, one with a blond flat-top, you get the idea - and just the words "eggs posed" beneath the line-up. Maybe "stay free range" in the bottom corner in small text or something.

Also I had an idea for a new wildly shallow minigame which requires two SF4 setups. Basically two opponents go into training mode with their shoto of choice, turn on infinite super meter, push the dummy into the corner, jump over him, then someone shouts "go" and they race to push the dummy over the red line in the middle of the stage by doing nothing but [any chain of normals] xx fireball FADC [any chain of normals] xx fireball FADC etc etc etc.

I had a hilarious time on my way home tonight doing this with just Akuma's cr.MP, but I have no idea if that's the quickest approach. I didn't have anyone to race against! I bet Oni and E.Ryu are good at it too.

Had some brief but ace games with lobby terror imp and choo earlier. I'm pretty rusty, though some odd things happened, like catching imp's Ken's cross up with the backward hitbox of Ibuki's standing medium kick to flip him back over to the other side? Mad. Random select gave me Oni, Yun and Yang, the bastard. I'm useless with all three. At one point Choo was just about to beat imp's Sagat with a chip damage EX Rekka as Fei, but somehow it whiffed and a wild Sagat ultra appeared and burned poor Fei to death. Oh no!

Yeah, ggs joffjoffs. Lovely Dan combos as usual. Pretty happy I fluked managed that Eryu MASSIVE DAMAGE job.

Imp is some mental psychic right now. I don't think anyone else on this forum can make you fear the DP as much! SALT.

I did a little bit of fighting today, well I had one game against a 0BP Yun who surprisingly knew more than a 0BP should :) but I managed to sneak a win.

Which was nice considering I'd just come back from the dentist who took out one of my filling only to inform me that I need route canal work doing and then a crown which will rob me of the best part of £200 :(

So I spent the afternoon researching Elf's inspiration on youtube and my god even though I'm not a fan of WWE (I was brought up with British wresting on iTV) Rey Mysterio is absolutely awesome. After that I checked out the replay channel for some Elf action and picked up a few tips and then into training to get HK Gauc down, which I think I have now in a mashing button kind of way :)

Oh and I got a logo I help design accepted and used which is nice so all in all a day of pain but with some Elf joy to cheer me up.

I've had Nate and also Nickfullspec get me with that Ken Trial 24 in an endless lobby before. That's the SRK FADC EX Air Tatsu into Ultra 1, yes?

Also, remember back in the day when we thought Ken's U2 would be overpowered as it could be linked after a jab? What happened to that?

I always find those to be the hard parts, even if the link isn't one I'd normally struggle with, because my mind is racing ahead and my hands start doing things early.

What trials do you have left? I think the one I hated most is that El Fuerte Focus attack, Shower Kick (df.mk?), lk (or something) xx Super. The rage it caused. The rage.

Does the game revert to Super for the trials?

G but brief gs earlier Lonut + Samuel. Had to bounce double quick as my girlfriend was hollering at me for food.

Lots of lovely games with you guys yesterday. Catching Haggar with counter hit cr.HP into Ultra with Cammy! Probably never again though. Catching Cale with a Sakura air Ultra 2 because I didn't know what the fuck do to with no health. You could've just blocked it :D

Seth did not have an answer for JLM's sekrit character. I must do my homework.

Oh, and the routine still needs work, but this was by far the best bit of the evening:

Haha, beautiful.

I had a few games at around 7am this morning before leaving for work, in a lobby with a couple of french mans. I got totally done in by Zangief. He was pretty good. Brilliantly I got completely and utterly read to death when I had him in the corner with very little health and a decent advantage, stood over him after a knockdown and went for that It-Usually-Works throw on gief's wakeup, only for him to know exactly what I was up to and backdash > Ultra 1. It was beautiful.

Oh shit, yes, Adon. I can't remember exactly what I hated about that one. Probably a tight link followed by a one frame into Super? I found the Makoto one with the hayate cancel difficult as well, but you've already done that. On the 3DS I changed almost every button to make it perform a lp.hayate to get it done, I think.

Geegs to Haggar for yesterday - I lost a heck of a lot of games but kept coming back for more.I found out that my Ibuki is rubbish these days and I still don't know how to use the twins. Had a fun 'rog mirror later on where I found that random select had given me Dirty Bull, which I can't use for toffee. Haggar's pink suit and superior blocks helped him easily take the match, and even after agreeing to run it back I was still pretty rubbish. No fight money for me. :D
