"JUNGLE ELENA". Okay...

I assume it will be too short notice to organise a Heggstravaganza for it? We need to do something. I won't be able to take part in many lobbings due to my ongoing 5 housemates all using the internet issue. I imagine there will be SFO House 1, 2 and 3 (there's a 3 now!) sessions all day eeerrr'day for that first week, but I want to share it with my original online Streetfightin' pals also. What are we to do about this gentlemen?

I could host you and/or other rllmukers for a night on the weekend, but probably not midweek as the other person who lives in the same house as me will be expecting to get some sleep. If anyone wants to do anything elsewhere on release day/the day after then I probably can actually get at least one or two days off work that week, though - I just can't host stuff on a school night.

I'm pretty excited and am always willing to travel in order to play street fighter with you nice people.

Has Dhalsim definitely lost his two-hit mk?

I'm back from New Yoik the very morning of June 3. How's that for timing?

Edit: oh fuckknuckles, we're getting it the day after aren't we? Great, I'll be at awful work.

I should be able to take the rest of that week off, and maybe a cheeky Monday too. I'd definitely be up for travelling if something gets organised. If it's Manchester I have three brilliant games-savvy little siblings and a geekier-than-me stepmum living there, so I'd certainly have an understanding place to crash during a Street Fighter trip if accommodation was sparse.

Also any London folks would be welcome at my humble abode if they fancy a smaller session. Room for precisely one setup but fun flatmates and a good host, plus boardgames that we will definitely not play.

Edit: just been watching a few of those balance videos. On the Gouken one Combofiend pauses in an odd place, so it kind of sounds like "Hey guys, Peter 'Combofiend' Rosas here to give you a breakdown." Harsh stuff, Peter.

Just the xbox. I'm sure I'll be able to get one in time. It's not even a week after Mario Kart though! Not gonna have time to gamepad it during a 3v3 lobby!

We in there, Joffo, don't worry. You can play Mario Kart some other year.

It's just a really big folded up piece of card that says "GET A NEW XBOX AND STOP PLAYING MARIO KART P.S. DON'T MOVE TO AMERICA THE LAG WILL BE TERRIBLE". Why would I need it?

Put in some work in Ultra and get yerself a Team Jollumstarr sponsorship and you never know what might happen!

(probably not free wii u consoles, though, because I think I've lost mine).

Damn. Totally checking later to see if anyone else has already taken "a good home" as their xbl username.

So it looks like me, Joe and Jason are eager to press buttons in good company - anyone else potentially interested in a release-week meetup? Or are you all busy with jobs and children? I think I can get the back end of the week off work and either travel or host people willing to travel, though I can only host at the weekend.

Convoluted joke alert:

Alistarr, you appear to be sending Joffo an Xbox in an Abel & Cole organic veg box. How ironic, considering you can only play Abel & Cole as a team in the PS3 version of SFxT! Honk!
