I did not know that the first hit of Blanka's Ultra 1, if blocked, does zero chip damage, so you're better blocking that and then using an invincible escape as he falls on you. Wild. I hate Blanka.

Any advice for a Guile in that situation, other than blocking?

At the back of my mind, I think I've read that Guile can air throw that. Quite possibly not true, but if it is, just imagine that.

Yeah blanka doesn't have any airborne invincibles, and guile's airthrow has a wild hitbox, so you might be able to jump up and catch the little scamp in the air. I'm sure I've seen someone do that to him before now.
