I had a wild catch-up session on the 2014 Excellent Adventures quite recently with back-to-back watching of several episodes, and it's as entertaining as ever. I loved watching gootecks rack up wins with 'sim, and Mike's continued rage through the episodes was amazing (and, er, reminded me why I don't play ranked these days :P )

I thought episode three was pretty good, especially as

Mike brought out his Honda, which is so rare to see on Excellent Adventures :)

Wow Alioune basically beasted everyone, he was going to win 10,000. it looked like it too but Xian did an amazing comeback, shit was crazy well worth watching.

I just watched it, I don't even know what to say. Probably the most random high-level match I've ever seen. As an advert for Street Fighter however, it was awful.

I thought it was magnificent and Wao played it exactly as he needed to. Elf is stupid, Fuerte players don't block, tatsu blows up ex run, catches backdash and avoids wake up ultra. Do loads of things before Elf can do loads things. I actually let out an involuntary yelp of joy at the bit Haggar mentioned.

Go dumb and exploit his terrible defense is pretty much the match up. It wasn't daigo/Valle but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The meaty Tatsu on Jayce's wakeup. Would have chip-killed if he'd blocked, would have caught a backdash, and it looked like he was Ultra-able when in fact he wasn't. God damn that was good. The iPeru fight was just funny. I'm going to do all my trollish bullshit before you get a chance to do yours.

I was very disappointed with Michael Tan, btw.

Actually, I don't even know when ultra release day is. Is there a date?
