Pinball Arcade

With JSR and PA set to be replaced by Wipeout and Lumines at the end of Feb.

I wouldn't consider the 3 month deal, I'd just do it. £7.99 to play 6 good to excellent games. It's great value.

The process for grabbing new PS+ stuff seems to have changed. Whereas previously, I had to do the whole add to cart, checkout thing, now everything just jumps straight to download. Which is less hassle, but if I only want to 'purchase' something and maybe download it at a later date, I can't.

Just me?

I've just complained about the same thing on the PSN thread. But apparently you can just cancel the download straight away and it still appears on your list .

Weirdly that's the opposite of the ps3 which has now changed to let you purchase without download.

I did notice when I downloaded Quantum Conundrum yesterday it's one button now to download PSN games rather than that daft "download the trial then a separate 6kb unlock file" they've been doing forever. One click and it started downloads for both.

I've started playing FFVII for the first time in 14 years, I forgot how good it is. One thing that frustrates me a bit though, it can be infuriating trying to play a game that has digital input only, I keep going for the analogue stick to move.

It's crazy, a 64gig microSD costs around 45GBP.

It does help when you are making millions of them every quarter and they are being well stocked in thousands of stores in each country. Not that I'm defending Sony, they are too expensive from a pure consumer standpoint but at the same time a simple price comparison like that isn't really as clear cut as that.

As a consumer obviously I would like either microSD or cheaper proprietary, but I always look at things both ways. So while Sony are clearly trying to maximise their profit margin (and they are a business so why not) I'm not sure how they could actually drop the price seriously without losing even more money. Of course, buying online helps a lot here in getting rid of the high street rrp.

Map control to the analogue stick by long pressing the screen?
