I'm not sure it is in the downloaded version. I can't seem to find it.

Dissidia 012 includes the original's story mode and cut scenes when you finish the 012 storyline. All of the original characters and stages are also included.

Changes include... what, a new assist system. Some balance changes to characters and EX mode (my poor Tidus got nerfed to fuck). New characters, new stages, new story mode. Changes to the Labyrinth mode (whatever the original was, I far preferred it).

Indeed, it's probably better to think of 012 as Dissidia 1.5 rather than a full-fledged sequel.

The case in the Starter Pack is really good. Nice quality, sturdy, clips to the Vita itself and doubles/reverses as a stand for watching movies, etc.

Personally, apart from the oft used cleaning cloth, I didn't need the rest of the stuff in it. You might though. Still worth the price, IMO.

Massively slow, but thanks for recommendations - I went for the Starter Pack and so far I am pleased with it.

Had the Vita just over a week now and I so impressed with it. Feels and behaves like a really well thought out and designed machine. I've only really played Motorstorm RC (I am hopelessly addicted to it again), which seems to handle a bit better on the Vita than on the PS3 - I have managed to trim a fair bit off of some of my times. Really looking forward to working my way through the games over the coming years.

Confusion point: Play-Asia has EDF 2017 Portable, but in two different SKUs.

What's the Playstation port of FFV like?

Having played it on the PS1 back when it came out (US release), it's a SNES game with added loading pauses, and a fancier "battle swirl" graphic. Oh, and a pretty cool intro and outro FMV. It's also rock hard, from what I can recall.

I imagine the PAL version also has borders and is slower.

Iv been playing it about 5 days now, spend a few days on the first few levels farming weapons, then went through on easy and unlocked the pale wing..which is just as good as the PS2 version. There are.about 5 new levels, some actual new enemies not just reskins in the new laser firing spaceships. Controls pretty well although the vita bumpers arent the most comfy things to hold down for hours on end. The draw distance is slightly cut down, but its pretty much as good as you could wish for. I can't put it down, but then im totally addicted to the loot gathering aspect of it. Mainly in playing the harder levels and trying to escape with good kit.

Price is still poor but if it hooks you, thats it, youre done. Loads of content too..60 levels..5 difficulties..2 characters, tonnes of new weapons..its gona take a while.

I'll add you and brad to my PSN friends list when I get the chance, might even get a chance to give the coop a go! I still have to finish my first runthrough though to unlock Pale WIng.

Ha. True..I bought GDF 2nd hand on here, EDF 2017 preowned so I guess I feel I owe them for the literal 100+ hours ive played their games. Theyve just taken it all back in one 34.99 hit.

Current progress is about 1500 HP for my trooper, 740 for my pale wing, currently rocking a level 43 thunderbow 20 R i picked up by farming mission 2 on hardest, and level 35 MX rapier. Ive scraped through a few levels on inferno too but not got any good loot from it yet...its very hard to escape it with 700 hp.

I've got a loan of a vita just now - its a lovely wee thing. He's told me to scrub whatever I want from it and I'm going to load it up with some PS+ goodness now.

Urge to own my own one rises - Pretty much dependent on that souls game. When is that due?
