It'd need an HD screen first.

Would you prefer some other silly acronym, maybe HPD (High Pixel Density. I just made that up, but I wouldn't be surprised if it exists)?

Virtue's Last Reward just arrived. Excited.

220 PPI is definitely on the higher end of the pixel density scale. It's twice the density of my "pointlessly high resolution" 22 inch 1920 x 1080 screen (never mind the puny density of an equivalent 40" TV), and almost twice as dense as its nearest competitor - the 3DS. Not, admittedly, as sharp as an iPhone. Or do you honestly believe that resolution is all that matters, not the ratio of resolution to screen size?

Oh man, VLR was amazing.

I held my finger over Ally / Betray for ages at one point, knowing I really had no choice with my vote, but also knowing I didn't want to make the choice I had to make

Just getting back into this after putting it down about a month ago when I got stuck on a puzzle. So glad I persevered as its a great game.

JSR is one of my top five favourite games, I absolutely loved it at the time. Really hope it stands up today, does it? Is all the music in there?

I don't have it installed but I believe so - tracklist here

Aside from that, it still plays well; as much as I complain about the timer, it's not as bad as I remember, although it can add extra pressure when you already have helicopters and police knocking you off-course from time to time... :P

Depends on the game. Not all of them run at native resolution. Oddly enough, one of the sharpest games is Persona 4 Golden. 2D art on that looks near-as-dammit HD.

EDF (yes...i have it!) looks really sweet, ive not played anything that hasnt yet, but ive just bought PS plus, so my library just opened up.

It's just a (heavily-flawed, but nice in some respects) low-res screen.

It would officially be classified as QHD, if your basic maths is any good, you can figure out why they would name it as such and what Q stands for.

I think you are oldschool like me if so I think you'll love it as much as you did the original. I played through the tutorial and the first level and loved every minute of it. I even watched the documentary 'making of' which I was surprised to find in the vita version.

Best place to order P4G? I want to play it now!

Not a well-known seller but the price seemed good...

For some reason I ignored the more reliable sellers and could have made things a lot worse for myself  I compared various offers, shipping deals, and feedback with different retailers and ended up using CDUniverse - I think I had used them many years ago for music but not for import games. I ordered on November 19th under standard delivery (to keep the cost down) and it was about $39 and $7 shipping, which worked out at a little under £30 according to my Paypal details. I don't know why I opt for the most obscure retailers all of the time, but it worked out okay in the end :P

That post was made shortly after it arrived, so it's a bit of a wait under standard delivery...
