And im at work and their services are daytime only. Emailed the buggers:

Hi,

I have a problem with my PSN account. The PSN username is “popkins” and the associated email address was

[removed]

That email address has since been lost, therefore I attempted to change my account to my hotmail address:

[removed]

It seems this hotmail address was associated with a US based PSN account I had set up to download a demo from the US PSN store a while ago. Now I’m unable to recover my 7 year old UK account “popkins”, and I can’t sign into my Vita or my PS3. My Vita is asking for an account associated with the device:

I basically want my UK PSN account back and associated with my hotmail please and the ability to log in to my Vita and PS3 with it…Please help! (as I wish to buy the new EDF game from PSN)

Kind Regards,

me

Have you tried managing your accounts through the SEN site? It's not as clumsy as the PSN for account management (http://www.sonyenter...com/gb-en/home/)

Thanks, it would happen on EDF day. I'm pleased you're enjoying it though, hope to get on there with you soon.

Yeah dont worry about the quality of the port itself, tis great :) Is there no customer service no. you can ring ? I'd be wanting to speak to an actual person to get it sorted pronto.

There is but im at work the next 4 days. I might try on a break and see what they say..surely it can't be too hard to recover. I hate explaining videogamey stuff to people. Even if it's their job. Im a 37 year old man ringing to recover my account named "popkins". In an IT office of 50 people. Im gona get some looks.

That definitely didn't used to be the case. Did you ring 0844 736 0595?

Honestly I doubt it's possible to overwrite an account by changing the e-mail address of another. If it were I'm sure we'd have heard of some malicious use of such a technique.

Update: they were awesome on the phone, lady knew her stuff, even about the US account although i have had to send them a photo of my driving license as ID. Hoping to get sorted out later today.

Well that is unexpected, pleased it worked out for you, although it's a shame that it happened in the first place even though you crossed the streams (email addresses).

Finished Uncharted last night. Well-written but very, very samey game. Apparently the PS3 Uncharteds are really good but if this was my only reference point I'd not be wanting to pick up any others in the series due to the lack of variety in this one.

You did well to get to the end. I think I got about half way before giving up. It's my only experience of the series, too, and I'd never want to touch another one based on how dull it was.

This morning I finished Mutant Blobs Attack, which was just awesome fun. Slightly too much touch-screen nonsense for my liking, but still a cracking little game.

It's nothing like the main series. The normal games I would rate at 8 or 9's, especially the second game and I have even sat and played the full trilogy through in order a couple of times. I literally wouldn't wait to start playing them again after I finished them. The Vita version really isn't the same and in comparison I would rate it around a 6. Finished it and never touched it again.

Has anyone played the vita version of Lego Lord Of The Rings? If so, what is it like? I know it hasn't have any open world stuff but that doesn't really bother me. The reviews I've seen of the game aren't very good but that mostly seems to be because of the lack of open world. If it can be bought for a decent price would it be worth buying to play during a lunch time break?
