I found out the even harder way when I had my UK machine set to the US for their cheap version of P3P and updated the firmware the other month. I didn't lose anything as such as I'd already kept my UK/ US downloads on separate cards but my fairly advanced retail Everybody Golf save is now tied to the US ID and thus means no more trophies. Prior to the update the save worked on any region ID.

If you hadn't updated the firmware there's a way of using content manager without being on the latest firmware which involves messing with the PC version of content manager, it's called Open CMA for the Vita.

For future reference you don't have to watch the intro video, just turn the machine off mid video. When it's powered back on it doesn't load again, though you still get the annoying help bubbles no matter what you do and the messed up bubble locations. I've just learnt to live with mine being a mess, though I'm currently trying to finish my P4 Golden downloaded from US PSN so I can play latest the UK PS Plus additions.

Is anybody else playing Fight For Fortune? It's aces. Need more people to play online games against, as Bradigor is taking a fucking age over his turn :)

Crap, will make a move when I get into bed.

Edit; Just checked, says it is still your move

Long time no post for me, but thought I would stop by and show some Vita love :hat:

The other half just picked me one up for Xmas and first thing i did was sign upto PS+ for Uncharted and Gravity Rush mainly.

First thing I love about vita compared to other handhelds Is that it feel like solid piece of kit, nice to hold and the OLED screen is lussh

Tbh I never get round to sitting down and getting chance to play on the xbox these day (plus their is not much out that interests me) Also got a 3rd gen Ipad and hate touch screen controls.

For me the vita is the right size for handheld gaming, nice having physical buttons and analogue sticks to control the game with again after using the ipad for awhile.

Also surprised how many good games are out for it already, only downsize is only having a 4gb memory card  On the plus size at least, I will play through a game before downloading another, instead of dabbling and not finishing any lol

Playing Uncharted atm, and graphically looks really nice, even more so on that OLED screen :D Shame they couldnt of applied some Anti Aliasing though.

Tried demo of Monkeyball which really suprised me and got that feeling again of playing it for the first time on the gamecube. Seemed to have captured what made the first one so good in this version. And being able to pick it up for under £15 new seems a bargin.

Plus I need to try out gravity Rush, Wipeout, LBP and more. Im sure the vita will keep me going for months to come and hope the games keep on flowing for the Vita as It deserves to be a success.

One happy Vita owner here anyway. Well done Sony

I can't believe there have still been no games released for the Vita in 2013. It has no games.

On a more serious note. Cracked 5m on ToM, was so happy with myself, such a fine game and I will say again, better than Bejewelled Blitz.

I agree with you there. I can't play Bejewelled on my iPhone anymore as it just seems crap in comparison.

I think it is the weekly leaderboards, especially as it gives you just your friends as the competitive part. So you know you're not up against 100 people trying to glitch in some fashion. Plus the levelling up works a charm.

So my memory card is about full now, and with a PS Plus sub I'm wanting to start cycling through downloadable titles a little more often.

I've finished Gravity Rush () and am ready to remove it from my Vita for a bit, but when I go to delete it, the system tells me that "all related data will be removed". Does this include the save files? If so, is there a way of having the save files not be removed when removing this data, ideally without having to back up to a PC?

I also have the installation data for Lumines and Rayman Origins still present on my device and would like to get rid of that without removing the saves if possible.

Now you're on plus you can upload the individual game saves to the cloud using content manager. Much simpler than doing a full back up.

Cheers, that is dead easy.

Also in case anyone else was wondering, your Vita isn't kidding when it says that all related data will be deleted - I tried it with Mutant Blobs and it got rid of my save data.

So I've been putting more time into P4G and making good progress on NG+; the new shuffle time is still brilliant and the arcana perks can be very helpful. I've mainly stuck to my pentagon-fused persona since he has such brilliant physical skills when charged, but there were still one or two final skills I needed to unlock through levelling, and this is why shuffle time is awesome. Unlike the original where you won a battle and then picked from shuffled cards to get a new persona, or health, or bonus experience, or extra cash, there are now additional "arcana" cards that offer extra bonuses; improving certain stats of a persona, lowering your chance of stumbing into a battle encounter, gaining a free chest key, etc. By far the most useful has been the Emperor arcana card, which levels up your equipped persona instantly, skipping a load of grinding, and I've used this to get the final skill for my pentagon fusion. This would make future bosses much less intimidating, if not for the fact that my actual party is still a bit underlevelled, and so the better skills eat up plenty of HP/SP... :(

re- Tombs of Montezuma Blitz

Is it me or is the scoring knackered? Been playing it for most of the week and my score hasnt increased at all?

(not that i'll ever beat Querex's score anyway :o

With apologies for bouncing this

Anyone know of a problem with TOMB? Tried uninstalling / reinstalling and nothing.

The score updates on the first go but then dont move.

Annoying when i get a good score only to see it wont update my total score!

Best golf game I ever played!

Agree with this though it gets really hard later on. So hard I stopped playing. But I am a bit shit.

P4G is absolutely brilliant! I can't put it down.

Is it head and shoulders above P3P? Not just graphically but gameplay wise as well? Reason I ask is that I am tempted to buy it but I recently played (and got about half way through)) P3P and want to know how different it is. I loved P3P but got to a bit where I muffed up and never went back.

I got a neutral and sort of bad end on P4G, I reloaded the last save and then did it properly and fought the last boss. But have some questions about the endings...

It isn't the last boss! I fought Adachi and then a big eyeball thing, and was rather pelased it's letting me just pootle about with my friends. But reading up on it there's a last last boss and I seemed to have missed that. Anyone know what I do to fight the proper one? I'm going for a Hard all S link maxed play through as soon as see the good ending which is what I'll get now, so I don't want to miss it again! Oh and isn't there a proper bad end? I got one where Nanako hasn't died but she didn't come out of hospital in time and it jumps to April, one where she dies and it jumps to April but I though there's a worse one? Thanks!

I'm totally obsessed with it, straight into NG+ soon!
