Loved P3P but my PSP died before I could finish it. So just waiting for P4 now.

I couldn't get on with Monster Hunter at all, can see why people love it, but it just didn't click with me. Never played a Disgaea, what do I need to know about it? Which is the best version to get?

Picked up Super Stardust Delta today after finding I had some funds left over in my wallet. It's very pretty isn't it. Not sure I get how the multipliers work yet though, they just seem so random.

Anyway, I need more Vita friends on my friendlist, add me: bradigor1981 :)

I have Disgaea 3 on vita. I've not played one before and generally avoid such types of games for the reasons stated above - I also find they can be a bit intimidating to newcomers.

Having said this, I am thoroughly enjoying Disgaea 3. Sure, I'm pretty rubbish at it, don't really understand everything about it (geoblocks wtf) and am no doubt stumbling my way through it with all the grace of a cack handed baboon, but I am having fun and that's the main thing!

Essentially you play as a demon called Mao, enrolled at the Underworld's Evil Academy. Your father - the dean of said academy and most powerful demon in the underworld - stepped on your console when he came into your room, destroying it and losing millions upon millions of hours of gameplay. You therefore decide the only course of action is to go and overthrow him and become the new lord of the underworld. This then leads you off on a merry adventure in and around the school grounds as you fight your way to supremacy to accomplish such lofty goals as eating a dragon egg sunny side up with lots of hot sauce and becoming class president.

So yeah. Batshit mental.

Wifi model with Lumines and a 32gig card on it's way (thanks for all the heads up on the 3g). Thought about picking up some other games but considering how cheap the carts seem to get (in similar fashion to PSP from memory, in the day), I think I'll wait before getting the likes of Disgaea, LittleBigPlanet and capcom fighters.

Apparently Vita's version of Monkey Ball is the first one in years not to be rubbish, either. (100 levels, master levels, etc)

Reading about the memory card itself was the most stingy part. Price is simply unacceptable, but I suspect it'll pay itself off over the lifetime of the handheld. Unless the next model PSVita makes it open format/SD cards. Then I've been throughly even harder screwed.

Looking forward to all this PS+ stuff, also.

Regardless of how you feel about the game (shameless rip off cash in), PS Allstars or whatever it's called needs to do well both financially and critically in order to boost the vita's chances of eventual success. I don't know how realistic this is, however, given the fact that noone seems particularly bothered by it in the first place.

They're foaming over Allstars on GAF. I think it's more of a US thing, even its 'inspiration' Smash Bros seems a lot more popular there. I don't see it doing big numbers over here.

I think Soul Sacrifice could be a big one, if they pull off that Demon Souls meets Monster Hunter type vibe.

I bought one today too. £189 with LBP, 4GB card and a £10 argos voucher. I've already listed LBP on Amazon for (I'd get, after postage) £20, so £160 assuming that sells.

Which is pretty good. Need to get a bigger memory card and Everybody's Golf ASAP.

Cod defence force here.

I like the multiplayer! Give it time.

Seems to be the strongest part of the game from what I've been hearing, those that can get it to work are really enjoying it. I've seen other people say that while the single players is short they have spent a couple of hours playing and only made it 1/3 of the way through. I guess it depends on what difficulty you play on. I played Resistance Burning Skies on Hard all the way through and thought it was pretty good too.

Not sure if I'll take the plunge just yet, out of interest does it have an online pass?

For £14 it's OK not brilliant but not bad and the first Monkey Ball I've really enjoyed since the GC games.

Don't forget Sine Mora - on it's way to Vita and hopefully as fun as it is on 360. A new trailer was released recently...

Wow I thought this may have disappeared from Vita, I wonder if they will add anything to the PSN versions, I'm sure Sony have a rule about that ... yet another game to add to my long list on Vita...

i tell you what i am going to be super fucking pissed if this does turn out to be shit.

From what I have played, which was approx 2 hrs....split 45mins single player, 45 mins multiplayer and a bit of the "waves" mode....I thought to myself that it is a solid 6 or 7/10....probably more for the multiplayer which although cut down, was stable and played a decent game of nuketown.

Then its like the whole world collapsed in on this game and it is being ripped a new one...

I like to think I have a pretty good taste in games as well...and my edge barometer is usually spot on ! 2/10 jeesus christ...

Chalk this one down to experience, I will no doubt get some mileage out of it, and as I say I was genuinely enjoying the rock solid multiplayer I have experienced to date....but there is no smoke without fire and there is no way I am falling for this again. Especially as I have dloaded the digital copy and cant now pass this on.

Wait for the fucking reviews next time...grrrr expensive lesson learnt.

I have a couple of Vitas (I love the Vita, I'm propping up the European sales figures single handed), so I decided to turn one over to a US account (ready for P4G). it's quite interesting compared to the UK store - there's a lot more content on there.

There's a demo up of Retro City Rampage up. Yeah.... I dunno. It looks and sounds good (in a retro way). But I hated it. It's the gaming equivalent of St. Vitus dance. it sort of vibrates with hyperactive energy, with stuff bursting out of the seams in every direction and I found it intensely irritating. It's almost too much. Like being raped by a Spectrum. I still might buy it, but it wasn't quite what I thought it would be.

LEGO LOTR is up on the US store too. The screenshots look dicey as fuck. I'm assuming it's a 3DS port? Such a shame.

Is there an issue with PSN at the moment? I've had friend requests, but when I try to accept I get an error (NW-2285-7). Also, when I try to add friends I get the same error, when I click on friends it doesn't show me how many they have, also had random friends just disappear

I couldn't buy a couple of things earlier, so probably.

Anyway, I have given my new toy a good spin - Everybody's Golf is...Well, Everybody's Golf. In a good way, been a while. I got something called Ecolobrium (free) which seems to be incredibly fiddly and tedious, and then bought Motorstorm RC which is great fun.

Tempted by Ridge Racer while it is reduced. Not sure.

And I am all signed up with Playstation Plus. £30 for a year in HMV, which is nice.
