don't get your hopes up with Remote Play.

I think unless you have at least a 2100CECH PS3 model (with faster wifi) AND sit quite close to your machine, you'll be dealing with LAG.

Machinarium was delayed & it was noted across the interwebz an additional platform was being added which later proved to be the Vita, so yeah there's a quite high probability that both get released soon.

Weird. I just tried it and it was amazing. Put graphics to +1, zero lag at 10 metres. Bit of a border (why!?) but it looked and played beautifully. Better than PSP by some way (pixeljunk eden played well on PSP I found).

Completed all the Death Mode levels in Sound Shapes. Damn, that was a challenge.

I did the exact same thing at lunch today. A lot of them I found depended entirely on the random placement of the notes each time. But that's another platinum to add to the collection. That's 4 just from Vita games! More than I have on PS3

Go into SOTC's options and you can fiddle with something that makes it full screen. I'm in the same camp generally though - looked amazing, played really well. Very impressed.

Well I bid on one of these on a new auction site and won two...both cost me about 128 quid each for the wifi-3G versions.

Some deal EB did with the bid company. So I think I'll probably flog one and keep the other.

Have to pick them up at local EB store.

So best to set up an EU or US account?

Played God of War (disc version) and some Ico (Digital version) on the sofa last night when the wife was watching TV.

No lag that I could see.

Good times, hope they expand this to other older titles. Got a huge PS3 backlog.

Be great if they did it for other PSN titles.

The Vita has apparently been hacked. http://wololo.net/20...er-devs-needed/

Yeah, some more news on that:

@Ouren ? Because your game is encrypted and again, physically impossible to decrypt or load retail games with my exploit.
@Ouren I hate piracy as much as any developer. If it wasn't made clear, it is physically impossible to run "backups" with my exploit.
@Ouren It's never been now. It would take at least months and most half a year to get something working. At any point Sony could close it.

So it looks as though piracy isn't going to be a thing with this, although he's being obtuse if he doesn't think his work is going to be an aid to those who are looking to crack the device for piracy. Hopefully piracy remains off the system, given the lengths which Sony have gone through to protect the system, and their track record on locking down the PS3 after the supposedly 'unfixable crack", I don't think this is going to have a detrimental impact on the Vita in the long term. It's also worth noting that he's only actually found an exploit, I don't think they're even at 'Hello World' yet.

I wonder if my router was to blame for it being shit. I'll give it another go tonight.

Could be. Try connecting vita directly to ps3? (via wifi - private network option I think it's called). Is your PS3 a fatty or skinny? heard somewhere (here maybe) that the skinnys have better wifi (might be bollocks info mind).
