Hopefully the increased interest in PSP content will convince publishers to localise some stuff that never made it out of Japan the first time around.

My 32GB card has just arrived from VG+ and I'm just going to through the process of backing up my old 8GB card to the PS3 ready to transfer it back the new card and the transfer rates are terrible. Its going to take around 30 minutes just transfer 5.5GB of data from one to the other and the PS3 can't do anything else while it's doing that. Is this because I've got an old fat PS3 or is the same speed on slims as well?

I imagine transfer speeds are hampered by encrypting/decrypting of data. After the PSP Sony won't be taking any chances.

That said, given USB 2.0 speeds you should probably expect 20-25 minutes to move that amount of data anyway.

Right, really running out of money I can justifiably spend in the PSN Store so what's it to be, Final Fantasy Tactics, Patapon 2 or Super Stardust Delta? Anyone got an suggestions? I have played Patapon 2 before but I love it and this big old screen can only make it look fantastic.

Have you turned the Vita's wifi off from settings and left 3G running?

had a bit more time to play Gravity Daze tonight. It is pretty addictive just floating about the city (which is pretty big) i like how as you level up it becomes more like flying.

Playing the Japanese version? It looks amazing, it's the killer app for me, im desperate for it to come out. Was there a japanese demo before the game came out?

Right, really running out of money I can justifiably spend in the PSN Store so what's it to be, Final Fantasy Tactics, Patapon 2 or Super Stardust Delta? Anyone got an suggestions? I have played Patapon 2 before but I love it and this big old screen can only make it look fantastic.

For everybody's reference, this awful bastard has never played FF Tactics, despite the fact he's played other FF games and RPG's. He's being a massive dick if he doesn't buy it, as I ALREADY FUCKING TOLD HIM.

I just went in and asked for an iPhone pay as you go sim, then I asked them to confirm that if I topped up £10 I'd get a years free Internet access. Which they did!

It's bonkers. The combination of instant-access digital downloads and a really active community recommending loads of excellent games is absolutely lethal.

Just bought UMvC3. Also bit the bullet and ordered a 32GB memory card too. My wallet is crying.

Managed to top it up £5. At the third attempt, it wouldn't accept the first two cards.

Absolutely. I had a £5 voucher from game for cancelling my Mass effect 3 preorder and I just put that towards a £10 psn card and I'm now looking at what psp games I can buy from psn store. I really want a 32gb memory card to.

When I got my Vita I was uhmming and ahhing whether or not to get an 8 or 16 GB card. I'm so glad I went with the 16 even though I thought I'd never use it. It's filling up quite rapidly, although I hope/expect it'll slow down a bit when New Shiny Hardware Impulse Buying Season ends.

Anyone know what the Neo Geo emulation is like - quite fancy Metal Slug given anthology isn't out in the Euro store.

AFAIK the Neo geo Station games were coded by M2, meaning the emulation should be more or less as close as you can get. Those guys know their stuff. It should be better than the Anthology port (which is decent enough)

Hot Shots has finally clicked with me. Got my 1st hole in one tonight. I've also managed to finish all the amateur challenges which doesn't sound very impressive, but it is if you could see how bad I was playing earlier in the week.

Got to say I love the game.

Hopefully Lumines will click as well given time.
