Er, no.

I am a bit of an Indy fan to say the least, but I bought the first season of this on DVD and couldnt even get through the first episode. Very very dull.

There was one particular episode that I enjoyed immensely. It had a bunch of older actors playing semi-retired military guys - I think they were sort of aged mercenaries or something, and young Indy helped them plunder a fort... maybe. All I remember is that I thought it was really great, entertainment fit to stand with the movies.

It was a train and one of the old guys was Belloq himself, Paul Freeman!

I really enjoyed it at the time. There were a couple of episodes that really stood out for me. The one where he’s at the front in WW1. I remember one scene when the Germans are coming across no-mans-land with flamethrowers, everyone is wearing gasmasks (including the horses) and it looks like a scene from Hell. Really put the shivers up me at the time. The other one I really liked was the one when he’s in Dublin at the time of the Easter Rising, he hooks up with a young Sean O’Casey who brings him around the city.

I watched most of them as a kid yet the only one that stood out in my mind was the train one, the rest were dull as ditch water. Damn shame, had so much potential.
