Games I want to play after Nintendo Conference

Zelda (yawn)

Kirby (interesting style)

Metroid (hmm lots of running down corridors)

Goldeneye (you've already played it by the looks of it)

3DS Icarus (need to see what the 3d is like)

3DS Starfox (not announced)

Nitendo win.

It's certainly a Nintendo win but after the clusterfuck of yesterday's Microsoft one that wasn't really hard.

Kirby looks ace and stole the show for me and I'm hardly Kirby's biggest fan.

It looked amazing, both graphically and interms of gameplay innovations. Just goes to show that it's not the pure horsepower, it's what you do with it.

Microsoft:

Nintendo:

LOAD OF NEW EXCLUSIVE GAMES

NEW THING

NEW THING HAS ACTUAL GAMES ON IT

Kirby and DK look great and I definitely want to get my hands on the 3DS. I quite like the look of Zelda, but its gameplay seems stale. :(

It's like Majora's Mask never happened. Hopefully it will turn out well in teh end.

p.s. Kirby does look good but I sold my Nintendo dust catcher some time ago

I'll reserve judgement on the 3DS until I actually get to play on one.

facerockingly awesome conference. the contrast between the horrible, creative bankruptcy of MS' yesterday and the magic of Kirby, Zelda or Donkey Kong just made it even more impressive.

No gay relationships on show either. As a result I give the Nintendo conference a D-. Sony will get at least a C+ because of Kaz and Jack Tretton.

Yeah, they made much less of an effort to show 'yeah here's a WOMAN playing our GAMES' mostly because everyone knows they are.

It was okay really. They didn't have to do much to beat Nintendo, and I'm sure Sony will seem limp in comparison too. 3DS and new Zelda (even if the demo seemed a bit shonky) is just too cool.
