This is were it’s great. You can die early and watch your team frantically trying to figure out who is shooting them, once you’re all dead it’s minutes before you’re playing again. Its so easy to always have one last go, over and over until it’s 2am

Me and @sjvinnie nearly got our first duo win coming in second place, crazy part was there was only two teams remaining and both teams had both alive at the end which is rare to see.... Untill vinnie committed suicide off a mountain and left me to fight a team of two which didn't end well

I'm usually shit at building but this one I just had plenty of time, started of building up, then did a massive platform to keep me in the circle.

Maybe I'm in the minority but I've downloaded, played, deleted and re-downloaded this about 3 times. Whilst I'm aware it's free, I reckon it's mediocre at best. It's likely better with friends but it just feels unpolished, clunky and too fast-paced.

 

I say all this having had 25 hours sapped away from PUBG which is constantly updated, rewards investment and builds much more tension. The barrier for entry on Fortnite is way too low, you shouldn't be getting chicken dinners on your first handful of attempts. I've played as a duo on PUBG loads and I've had a couple of top 5s (from 100 players) at best.

 

All that being said, I'm downloading Fortnite again as we speak.

I saw you guys all partied up last night so cracked on with some Solo play. It's very more-ish, and I had a lot of fun with it. Was the 8th left a couple of times, but the start can be quite brutal as it feels like there are a real lack of buildings to loot from at the start.

 

Would be up for some Duos/Squad play on Thursday eve if anyone is up for it? Say from 9pm?

New update today guys, and I think it will make Vinnie complete. Yes you can actually be a bush, its a consumable like a shield and its like your wearing the bush.
