As an overall package, this can't be beat. Great stuff built in, and some decent, if not earth shattering launch games.

Got SFIV and RR this morning, both lovely to play, RR I had a go of in the shop first as I have the psp one, and while this looks similar, the controls are much smoother with the circle pad.

And SF4. I've always tried and failed at this game, but the noobs 3ds version is very smart. Had a good few goes this morning, and did OK using the 'Lite' controls, I love the oily dude with his Ultra Combo oily stuff, very amusing.

Only picked up 2 streetpasses so far, both in Game shops. I was in Schipol twice this week and thought I might pick up something there, but no luck :(

I've added loads of folks from the spreadhsheet, but have hit 100 now, so need to start pruning if people havn't added me.

Just had another odd yet cool Streetpass experience in Oxford. Popped into Gamestation and mulled around a bit, before leaving to go elsewhere. On the way back to the car I happened to go in again and the guy behind the counter looked at me and said 'You must have a 3DS, because you popped into my Mii Plaza about twenty minutes ago!' My Mii does look quite like me (glasses, beanie, beard) and I flipped my 3DS open and sure enough, his one appeared on mine too.

Better day for Streetpass in town centre today - got 5 people, 4 of them having new Zelda puzzle pieces for me. Huzzah!

Also, am I the only person who purposefully goes into shops like HMV, GAME and Gamestation now and completes a slowish full circuit in the hope of bagging more?

For every 100 you get 1 play coin with a maximum of 10 per day.

edit: good call on the music player for streetpass, just set it up now

I got my street pass on a Funeral Party track, (the one with the long name)

I put it on there to attract the Kidz!

Lets face it, no-ones going to be compatible with The Wonder Stuff .. are they?

Managed to get 2 more Streetpass hits in Edinburgh today, including my first female Mii.

On Puzzle Quest: I got my first piece of a New Super Mario Brothers puzzle, then later got another piece for my Metroid puzzle, for which I have about 6 pieces. Anyone know how this works? Do different people start off with different puzzles? If so, how come I've met so many with the Metroid puzzle and only one with the New Super Mario Bros one?

I've had my 3DS in my bag in an old Electronics Boutique(!) Gameboy Color case (fits perfectly), and the bag also contains a wireless keyboard and an ipad, and I've picked up hits like that.

I think that's the case - I started with the Zelda one myself.

I have done this. The Streetpass feature is addictive, and will ensure I carry my 3DS with me for a good while. Is there a limit to the number of Miis you can procure though? If anyone takes theirs to the Eurogamer Expo their 3DSes may meltdown in their pockets from the volume of work they will be doing.

Today I put my 3DS in sleep mode and went into Gamestation to buy Pilotwings. As I was completing my purchase I saw they had a 3DS behind the counter and its blue LED was pulsing on and off, then when I got home MY blue LED was pulsing on and off, so when I got home I excitedly turned on the machine to find out that I had a new notification about play coins and nothing else. RAGE.

So still no StreetPass goodies for me. Sob.

I think a blue flickering light might be a wireless network being detected. Streetpass stuff is usually orange, I believe.

Oh Dear God, two sessions in and I've been won over by Nintendogs + Cats. The 3D still adds nothing to the experience for me, but I knew I could never sell it on from the moment I entered the Lure Coursing competition. The first time my puppy caught up to the lure and pounced on it, I was like Peter Griffin during New Brian's I Like Farts song.

Anyhoo, here is my Activity Log after one week. I'm gonna update it on a weekly basis, see if I can get Reggie to read it out*. It's bigger than the top 40 singles chart.

01. Pilotwings Resort

02. PES 2011

03. Ridge Racer 3D

04. Mii Maker

05. Nintendogs + Cats

06. Super Street Fighter IV 3D

07. AR Games

08. Face Raiders

09. Nintendo 3DS Camera

10. Activity Log :hat:

*I meant Reggie Yates from Radio 1, but now I think about it, I'm gonna ask the big man from Nintendo himself.

Ah, so I can't use that as an excuse as to why I haven't had any StreetPasses yet :(

If you've had a streetpass hit it's a little Green light on the right of the hinge. When that lights up, you've found someone.

I love that green light

Took my 3DS out the house for the first time. Went to the main shopping area, including two GAME's and a Gamestation. Four hits in Mii Plaza, two of which were also on Street Fighter IV. :D One was even female, which could've possibly been the girl who worked at GAME.

I shall now be taking the 3DS out at every possible opportunity. :)

Why do I get the feeling that within a few months most GAME and Gamestation stores will have an influx of people who just walk in, walk around the store slowly once or twice cautiously eyeing everyone else in the store's pockets and then leave without even looking at the stuff on the shelves?

Got 2 streetpass hits in nottingham city center yesterday, disappointed that everyone seems to have their own me being exported, I assumed my hitler would be joined by something funny, but it was two regular gentlemen. They helped on my streetpass quest though, and one of them had street fighter so I got to watch my figures beat his.

The streetpass and figure stuff in SSFIV is better than anything else on the system. I'm going to get Nintendogs next just because it has streetpass features.
