Nah, I got a dispatch mail for the first batch of games 2 hours ago. The others have moved to 'Soon'. Either they ran out of consoles or they're on some separate conveyor belt staffed by monkeys or so.

Not that its in any way reasuring, but I'm in the exact same boat as you. Everything else has been sent, but the 3DS is just sat on "Not Dispatched".

I doubt they've run out of consoles, because I imagine we'd have heard of them if that were the case. Still, extremely worrying. Tempted to just go in to Tesco tomorrow and send the Amazon one back when it arrives. Although I'm not exactly sure where I'd stand on a refund if I bought it as part of a bundle and want to keep the bundle stuff.

You have to return everything for a full refund. Best thing to do is wait a few days because if the system is a sell out then it will be worth a fortune on ebay.

3D bumper cam makes Ridge Racer so damn sexy. Nintendo has done it to Sony again. All the extra PSP2 power in the world can't make RR as thrilling as this.

It's turned out to be a great launch after all. I don't know if I'd really want a big Mario or Zelda adventure at the moment when I can't stop swapping my games around to see which one amazes me the most.

This thread seems to be overflowing with positivity at the moment!

After people had been to the roadshow and used the demo units and were quite negative I started to doubt myself, but today has been great.*

*except not actually getting my 3DS delivered yet.

Yeah, this Amazon thing is weird. I have no problem with then getting it to me on the actual release day, but it still does show 'not yet dispatched', even though the delivery estimate is still tomorrow. But they've posted Super Monkey Ball, Rayman, Ridge Racer, a case and the free screen protectors. I won't be best pleased if I have no console to use them all on.

Well, it's no use to go to the shops tomorrow as my 4 games (which I can't cancel anymore as they've either been dispatched or will shortly be dispatched) won't arrive before Monday or Tuesday anyway. But it's disheartening, I know I'll have to wait a few days due to international delivery, but I want the bloody thing to be trackable and on its way.

I'm about to stand around tesco for the next three hours in the hope of nabbing two machines.I've never went to a midnight launch in my life and although I hope I get one and look forward to playing it I'm expecting it to be one boring wait.

Why did even mention the idea to my kid.I may start drinking in the que.

A quick search also informs me that Amazons pre order record was broken with the Wii...and now again with the 3DS. So perhaps reason to worry...

Except not. They've not stopped preorders. More likely they're shipping so many that the emails aren't keeping up. So have no fear me hearties! Worry ye not! I, for one, am sure you will be playing your new console on the morrow!

Did I mention the tracking of mine hasn't changed in over 24 hours? No? I thought I would have mentioned it.

Unless they were instructed not to deliver until its release date?

I bought a big ass lens on eBay a couple of weeks ago which was delivered from Germany using something similar to the HDN I imagine. Tracking was complete shit, it was completely immobile for days and various forums were full of complaints. Just when I thought about contacting the seller, it suddenly turned up out of the blue. The tracking status was that it was in some depot for days afterwards.
