A quick test play of Pilotwings proves my initial thought that 3D does not work for me at all much like the cinema experience it all looks slightly out of focus. Hopefully this won't be game breaking for me in later 3DS releases.

Be sure to get the EXACT right looking angle, and turn the 3D effect down by a little bit with the slider. That should work out.

when I first tried Pilotwings, the 3D was all up at max and I couldn't get a decent focus on it... I turned it down about halfway and it all just clicked.

It's such a nice looking game I'm just going to have to get it.

Hideously addictive, it's the kind of game that'll have you replaying missions in your sleep. If you like Advance Wars or Fire Emblem, this is the 3DS game for you. (84%)

Must resist.

Actually, do GAME still trade-in GBA games? Boxed and unboxed.

Play delivered my bro's 3ds today! Had a quick go on SSF4... Yep i didnt think i can but i can tell the difference with 3d off 60 FPS and 3d on 30 fps.... considering playing this with 3d off :o (enable in options - on by default)

So has *anyone* had their Amazon order update at all? Both of my 3DS orders (one from Jan, one a few days back) are still on 'Not Yet Despatched' :( :( :(

No movement for mine either. Would be interested to know what type of delivery those who have already got theirs from Amazon chose; I picked first class, but they seem to have upgraded it to expedited and now its just sat there, still saying "Delivery estimate: 25th March".

Hoping its just because of the mass of orders, and they'll start changing it later today. Pilotwings has apparently been sent and the rest of the bundle with the 3DS is "Dispatching soon".

I've found Pilot Wings works *much* better in first person view. Otherwise I have a little trouble focussing on both the plane and the background. I guess that's right though. No headaches or ill effects for me, makes up for my inability to play FPSs due to motion sickness.

I have to poo before 10pm.

mine said "out for delivery between the hours of 9.00-18.00" on the tracking page.

edit: my 3DS delivery tracking page. i don't have a tracking page for poo.

I've found that best 3D level for me is with the slider hardly up at all. Maybe 10% 3D. Anything else and I see two of everything. Maybe people with headaches etc should try that.

I had a similar experience - still gave me plenty of depth. I suppose it just depends on where you like to hold the thing...
