I'm picking it up this weekend. Been a bit too crazy(horse) this week to have time to listen to it.

I did see some footage from a recent concert and what I heard sounded amazing.

Saw them a few days ago. It was incredible - shame they didn't do Cortez or Like a Hurricane.

Still, absolutely extraordinary. Ramada Inn and Walking like a Giant are already classics.

I saw him for the first time at the O2 last month, simply mind blowing!! Ramada Inn was probably the highlight, and i thought i didnt like that song much before hearing it live!! Like a Hurricane encore was amazing too!! Lots of angry people on twitter etc who were annoyed at the tour, too much self indulgence with feedback and extended jams, what do you expect when you see Neil with the horse though? The man is just a genius

Some old french hippies were complaining behind me about the noise and the songs, and only liked it when he did Heart of Gold (great) and Blowin' in the Wind (not so) alone with an accoustic guitar.

Chevrolet off the new album is a banger. The rest of the album is based on melodies he whistled walking his dogs, then the write the lyrics in two days then got the band in Rick Rubin’s studio to do in a few takes on tape.

Much like Barn before it. I've been enjoying World Record. The kinda loose nature of the singing and playing, coupled with the heartfelt lyrics, is really endearing.
