Well, in the Championship last season, Reading finished 4th and Burnley finished 5th. The first fixture was Burnley vs Reading. I'm not that bothered but just thought I would ask and find out due to curiosity really!

By that rationale I should host 1st I guess mate. Happy to oblige!

We on for 9:30? I'll be on all night but 2v2ing as well so let me know whenever you're ready and I'll set up leg 1 :lol:

Unlucky Al, both were extremely close games, I was very fortunate to grab three late goals in the first match.

You really are inconsistent this year scratch. You can get one amazing result and then a duff one straight after. I hope you can continue your form into the final.

Well played mate, overall, you deserved to go through but I think the 5 goal margin on aggregate is harsh on me. I thought I had a chance with that early goal but your two before 10 minutes was the killer. Went all out at 3-3 to try to put on a bit of pressure and you broke me down again with slick passing moves.

Oh well, onward to the new season and Fifa 10. Glad to be starting at the same time as everyone this time round!

Wonder how those who take a strange pride in having tens of thousands of posts are feeling about it.

I remember you made a list of players who had been involved from the start, Mike. Is that list still around?

I have to say, I have probably had my least successful year in the league with Fifa 09 but has probably been the most fun!

The final beckons! I'd love to say these games were a pleasure but they really weren't. Dewranger i'm sure you're a good dude and all but good god do you like to moan and moan and moan and moan. It got to the point that I literally had to take off the headset because I was developing a small headache.

To be fair the scoreline was quite flattering to me but not nearly as flattering as i'm sure you think it was.

Anyhow, cheers for the games.

If i am honest you are been a bit over the top when you describe my moaning, i mean yes i moaned slightly after your ridiculous second goal in the 1st game, and deep down even you wonder how i didn't get free kicks from some or your tackles. i mean in the second game i had 26 shots to your 6, how your keeper saved them shots is beyond me, and how my shots rebounded of your defenders and bounced in a direction they went was silly. but that's the way it goes and the best players allways win :) so you must have deserved the wins. good games mate and good luck in the final !!!

Hey, sorry.

Still without internet at home since moving house (been over 3 weeks now!) but Sky assure me it will be active on 16th. Will next Wednesdy / Thursday / Friday be ok? Thursday would be best for me.

Really sorry for the hold up.

No worries, but I can only do the Wednesday, I'm off to Italy for 8 days on Thursday morning. Let me know when your connection is back up.
