After a couple of listens I really like it. I do prefer it when Tyler uses darker/minor chords like on Bastard or Goblin as he's so good at it, but he's obviously in a better place now and has been for a while. It's still full of the chilled out summer vibes that he's always enjoyed making. Going to take a few more listens to fully appreciate but my favourite songs so far are Gone, Gone / Thank you and I don't love you anymore.

On the subject of Madlib, it was news to me that he was teasing working on a new Black Star album last year. What the fuck. I'm already slightly heartbroken in advance about the possibility it might end up not happening.
