I really like Daniel Craig as Bond, I think he manages to walk the fine line between being a cool, confident secret agent and a pyschotic squaddie with emotional issues.

I prefer the slightly rougher look he's sporting at the start of the trailer to the waxy, shiny face on display when he says the "Some men are coming to kill us" line; he looks like a shaved chimpanzee a bit there.

Let's hope he's been practicing on the bike. He looked as though he was bricking it in Quantum of Solace, even though the bike only seemed to be going three miles per hour.

And y'know, I'm still not 100% sold on Craig. His "Blue Steel" pout kind of gets on my nerves.

The trailer I saw when I went to see Batman, it looked like the same thing we've all grown accustomed to with modern Bond. If you weren't into it before I didnt see anything that would change your mind.

Well I can take or leave the Bond franchise but based on the earlier trailer (which I assume is still representative of the longer IMAX one you lot are going on about) I thought it looked fan-fucking-tastic and is the first 007 film I'm actually really looking forward to. Sure, it probably doesn't look that different to what has gone before it but Deakins' cinematography already looks stunning, it arguably has the best modern Bond cast ever assembled and I'm curious to see what Mendes brings to the table.

The one I saw had him being AWESOME and then fixing his cufflinks...

ha yeah I saw the same one. The teaser trailer sets an excellent tone to the whole thing but the full one playing at theaters just now is that realistic tone but alongside a pantomime of fist fights on tops of trains and everything else. Just an opinion but there is a line you set with that decision for more realism, so you cant really have those Bronson moments anymore.

I like that in these ones he basically starts as a navvy in a suit who can kill people with his bare hands, grunt, and drink basic cocktails. As the series progresses he is gradually learning that it is entirely appropriate to follow up killing somebody in a grotesque and novel manner by making a bad pun, or even by simply raising an eyebrow.

Yeah, the whole trailer looked incredible but that part was quite brilliant. He:

Is trying to get onto a train, manages to jump onto the back of carriage as it blows up or something and rather than cowering or even flinching, Bond stands up and adjusts his cufflinks. Fucking A move.
