When told he was allowed to submit some documents privately as long as he also made them publicly available but with anything confidential redacted, he provided a public copy where he'd redacted the lot. Every single word.

'Redacted' means that the occasional bit of commerically sensitive information is blacked out. A few words here or there.

Well he also had someone he knows sign over Future's trademarks to him on Future's behalf, on a creative interpretation of a set of rights in his agreement with Future which was already terminated. So he probably feels like he's entitled to be Future at this point.

 

He was quite harshly sanctioned for trying the same thing at the UK IPO a couple of years ago though so it's a risky move.
