Symmetrical game stacking. Just like the Philadelphia mass turbulence of 1947

Ha ha ha, gotta love Ghostbusters.

That was just those two walss, I have other shelves with some more games on, and most of my FF figures are on the other wall also, would get pics up, but there not really retro, mearley game related.

Mike..

Are those piles on the left secured to anything ? If not getting games out must be challenging !

I guess most of FF would be considered retro these days.

The doors at the bottom slide open to reveal crap inside.

That's what I was thinking of doing with the right hand side of the bedroom. Custom made but essentially the same theory. On the opposite wall I have 3 huge custom made game size shelving units.

The only problem is that I'd need my PC and my desk built in and if I had some kind of fold away desk, it would never actually be folded away. Maybe I could make the central door/shutter turn into my desk?

That would be really cool. I just got a small desk that would fit in the space left for my PC, though when I get a net book i dont imagine i will be using it that much anyway.

Not exactly the best picture, but you get the impression...

On the far left is my JAMMA cabinet

On the counter you have SNES, NES, Xbox, Amiga 600, Sony TV, Xbox 360 on the Samsung LCD TV, Jaguar, Spectrum +3 on the black & white TV.

Under the counter on the left are a lot of games, under the counter on the right are my PS2, PS1, N64 and Gamecube.

To the right you have my Saturn and Dreamcast

Not pictured is my C64 and monitor setup, with an old laptop hooked up for disk transfer to and from PC, and my Wii (which is downstairs on the big telly for family gaming).

This reminds me of something in South Park when the guys are at Kenny's house. Cartman asks Kenny if he has a Super Nintendo I think, and Kenny's dad says "No, but there's a ColecoVision under the black & white TV."

:D
