Played a game this afternoon on Wasteland with a 3 guys who continually moaned the tits off everyone for a whole match every time one of them died.

"Oh My God You noob tube noob. So Gay."

"Jesus, fucking last stand with an M14, god what a noob."

"Oh Gay off you noob tube noob with your gay grenades."

"Fucking Helicopter gay noob etc.. etc..."

The thing was they were winning by at least 2 :1.

So in the lobby after I mentioned that they shouldn't moan as much as it added nothing to the enjoyment of the game, and they really shouldn't moan when they are winning by such a margin and are clearly more experienced than the people they beat.

Needless to say I had the last laugh when they had to "back out" after the next game because we humped their warm corpses to death till they were all killed in the face.

Given that they've had a massive upgrade, moving shotguns to secondary weapons is stupidity. Probably on par with joining sessions midgame as the most annoying aspect of the game for me.

Finding this unbearable now, against randoms at least but it was rarely a problem on CoD4. The continual air support, nuke boosting and ridiculously off-balance weapons and perks have killed it stone dead for me.

About the only thing that bothers me about this game are the smudgy sights. If I had a weapon that my life depended on, you can bet your ass the glass of the scope would be polished daily.

The red dot sight is the only good scope to use and the only one the developers didn't change from the previous game (bar the sniper). I hate the ACOG and holographic, can't get into them at all.

As for FFA, I can either have matches that I completely cain in or get totally owned; never inbetween.

The spawning is the biggest problem- the rest of the issues ares minute in comparison. I'm getting sick of it now and the worst thing is I've not heard of any intentions to change it. Fix the spawning, improve the game times a zillion. It's why i'll happily camp for ages if I can, I hate risking death unless I'm feeling rambo because a death usually leads to another one of little fault of your own.

Couldnt hit a cows arse with a banjo tonight. Awful round after awful round after awful round. I still prefer the Mercenary TDM though, it seems the place you are least likely to run into boosters and super organised clans, which is a good thing as my regular group of MW2 friends have all but finished with the game whereas I still cant get enough of it.

Finished the night with a decent (by my standards) round where I went something like 18-4, and one of those deaths was a bullshit collateral as I walked too close to a car the second it decided to explode. Took the MVP, most kills, fewest deaths, best KD and longest streak awards, plus I completed several challenges (kill 3 different people with 3 different weapons in 1 life, 50 UAV's. 50 knife kills) and I levelled up. Seems like a good a place as any to call it a night.

Finally, finally got Cold Blooded back. Prestiging did kinda fuck my playstyle over a bit. I guess I am at my happiest when I can have a total stealth class and not having Cold Blooded really did suck balls. I have been killed more times by cunts with Heartbeat Sensors and locked down more by air support than I care to remember since I prestiged, I think I dislike Heartbeat Sensors almost as much as Akimbo Shotguns.

Anyway, now I have Cold Blooded back, and I think I am only four levels away from Ninja and not much further from the Stinger missile and the Claymore I think I can be effective again. Either a silenced UMP or ACR, random first perk (most likely Scavenger for the claymores) then Cold Blooded and Ninja. Stinger missile as the secondary. I have been unable to do any of that so far, Here's looking forward to a bit more freedom from being a red dot on somebodies mimimap or Heartbeat Sensor. I stand what I said about the Stinger being too late an unlock too, it should swap places with the Thumper methinks.

Would watch it but I can't remove this stupid fucking T-Mobile content lock that prevents me from going on You-tube, went in to the T-mobile shop today after failing to confirm online by entering the card details and they told me I'd need to call Customer services, even though the fucking site, after refusing my card tells me I can confirm on the 'My T-mobile' site or in a store. I think it's the worst fucking scope ever, my mate said that he prefers it to the red-dot sight because it looks good, and he means how the gun looks on the screen.

It's just a matter of time. Learn the maps, get good friends that know the game, practice and set up a badass class. After that you're flying. I'm sorted now and I don't even have the ACR or Javelin yet.

why dont you just take tactical insertion with you and choose your own spawn point? its what i do

Ah but you give up claymores which are my anti death solution as it allows me to cover more than one direction. In matches where I'm more careful the spawning doesn't bug me as much as I tend to avoid death as my no1 priority,butin more rush/objective games it can be really unfair at times. I honestly wouldn't moan if it was a rare occurence, but I seem to have it quite commonly. No matter though, but I do think it is the biggest issue the MP has. Otherwise its a great exp.

Tacticle Insertion is shit, compared to KZ2 anyway, I mean it's pointless. Why waste a kill from a claymore/grenade on that when you can get to the location in seconds?

Out of the 200+ games i have played on this, i have only entered games with people actually chatting about 5 times.

To be honest i never really chat against randoms. Only once did I have a game with a bunch of whiney kids swearing at each other.

You seem to be meeting all the people I met over the first few days of having this. I just have everyone muted now. Can't stand hearing the wild swearing and pre-pubescent kids singing in the lobbies, it's the best thing i've done; you can see them talking because their mic symbol flashes up but there's total silence.

My latest gripe is that the last few times i've played Highrise I haven't been able to work out where those pricks are who scale the cranes. Have had several games where the snipers have been smart enough to stay in scope to avoid totally blowing their cover in the killcams, i just don't get where they are 90% of the time.

From my experience, everyone's very quiet and civil (and 14) on PSN. The only time I've suffered any abuse was from my own team mates when I was put in with a clan. Stick with it, it's pretty good.

Giving away the position of the person who killed you helps prevent camping and watching the kill-cams will give you a good idea of how to play the game/where the good killing spots are etc.

Works a treat if there is a bunch of you that play together and would rather not have to listen to the annoying people on Live.

I unlocked the ACR last night and am finding it very nice to use. Also having fun with the tac knife on the standard class.

What is everyone using as their killstreaks?

I have been using Predator, Harrier, Pavelow and have managed to get some nice kills with it. (went 23/0 which was nice

I just unlocked a new one and went for chopper gunner (I fancied one which wasnt automatic) so I have given up the Predator.

It means I have to get 7 kills before I can kick things off, I havent managed to activate the chopper gunner yet but I only switched things up last night.
