IMO its a real shame that Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords never got updated for iPad. I love that game to bits & have played through it start-to-finish over & over again.

I know you can play it zoomed on the iPad & you can get an iPad version of Puzzle Quest 2, but its not the same in the first case & i didn't like the sequel as much as the second. I was put right off of Puzzle Quest: Glactrix when I saw how it was played. It looked far too complicated.

Angry Birds Star Wars is out. Played the first 3 levels and it's... Angry Birds with a kinda cute Lego-games-lite attempt at repackaging with the characters and storytelling.

I'm glad that they changed up the Angry Birds formula with gravity fields for Space & its my favorite one of the lot, but i still go back to Original, Seasons & Rio for their own flavours of the Bird-flinging action & i'm hopeful that this Star-Wars flavouring will be equally apetizing. From what i've seen so far in videos its more about the special powers of the birds & the Star-Wars theming of the levels that distinguish this one from the others & that may be enough.

"You enjoyed Original Vanilla, Seasons Ripple, Rio Tutti-Fruiti & Space Cappuccino, now enjoy Star-Wars Mint Choc-Chip!"

I am hopelessly addicted to Knights Of Pen & Paper, think I've played over 650 'days' in the last 36 hours!

Got a nice team of five now & I'm loving my barbarian, got his crit rate up high & he's a total powerhouse when he's beserking. Just need to keep his health topped up with my cleric.

The only character not sure of is the Warrior, thinking about getting rid of him & bringing in someone else instead.

Angry birds star wars is great, think its a game you can judge from the title whether you'll like it or not.

I really like how they integrated star wars powers/weapons to the birds characters whcih changes up the classic birds gameplay, they've also thrown in classic and space style levels which makes it a nice varied package.

As a chap of the age where the opening star wars fanfare and the sound of a blaster/lightsabre makes the hairs in my arm stand up really can't go wrong with this.

Load of levels included in the basic price and there is an additional set of levels available as IAP - really think Rovio are getting pretty slick at these perfect iphone games, you get a lot for your cash here.

Fucking Happy Street, man. How addictive is this game?! I really don't understand why either. They've found some kind of mainline to a particularly primitive part of the human brain.

I'm up to level 13 but no more quests seem to be appearing other than the crappy ones from Tipin. Could this be a good excuse to delete or do I just need to wait to level up again?

There's loads more to do, the level cap is 33 now I think. I had to stop playing as I lost my town, but I look upon my gf's street with envy. I never got a Spaceship house, or access to the mine :(

I imagine the next update will be Xmas themed stuff. The Halloween items were ace in combo.

Im still tapping away on Happy Street as well, level 15. Like El Geet the interesting quests seem to have dried up and I just seem to be making books and flower necklaces etc to sell fot cash and Flooz. I never got the halloween quest either :(

The thought of a crimbo update is what is keeping me going, I am going to delete it in January though.

honest.

I see quite a lot of you on my street and have sent a fair few guests your way! Am I showing as El Geet?

My last quest was the secret plans one. Haven't had one since.
