Loving letterpress but there's a fair few obvious cheaters out there using word finders - still satisfying to beat them with "normal" words when they pull out metacarpus and paroxysm after a run of tubes, prunes etc to start

letterpress could really do with a way to send your opponent a message either after each move or just after the game. I've had a couple of really good games where I'd like to send a little message after it finished. Oh well, one can always hope it'll arrive in an update.

Oh, I know! I've had a few of those. Thankfully, like with Scrabble, there's a fair bit of strategy involved beyond just 'getting the longest word', so it hasn't been a problem so far.

Finally, victory is mine!

That was a great game. I really love how strategic letterpress can be. The game I just finished with pinholestar went on for a long time with both of us ignoring the letter X and Z whilst snatching away protected squares from each other.

Good game, pinholestar :D

I was beginning to think that the "played words" list would go off the screen by the end.

Hello chaps,

Finally upgraded to iPhone 5 so the gaming world is now my oyster. I couldn't see a recommended list or a spreadsheet and only loosely follow the topic, so I might have missed some corkers.

I would much appreciate your input on some titles.

- I love "get as far as you can" games (Pitfall, Whale Trail, Jetpack)

- I love big hitters (Angry Birds, Infinity Blade)

- I'm not a fan of "press this and it will be ready in 3 hours" games (tiny tower, pocket planes)

- I like football games (new star, fluid football)

- I like tower defence but only really polished or interesting ones (kingdom rush, PvZ)

- I like anything that I can understand in 10 seconds but take hours to master

Cheers in advance for any recommends.
