I was enjoying this during the 'beta' in the Canadian appstore.

However since deleting and moving over to the UK version, my game is completely messed up, I've jumped from level 13 to 25, lost the majority of my Flooz and a number of my buildings. Think it's time for me to put this to bed.

You seem to be able to customise some characters when they have a birthday, but not seen a specific option to do so.

The touch controls do a good job (I completed it after all) but it's a very short game which you probably won't replay. Still a classic though.

I got the "free" Atari Greatest Hits the other week with access to all the games - does anyone know if the update (with the new token system) kills the free access?

Oh I know it's a short game, I played it non-stop on my ST when it 1st came out. My parents were away on holiday, I loaded it up when I came home from getting it from The Barras on the Saturday for £1.50 and played it til completion early Sunday morning. Maybe this time I'll give them them some official money for that aces game.

Yeah, I just realised that I went through AppShopper and it was 99c. Whatever, I felt I was getting a pure bargain, so until Toys up there ruined it all, I was over the moon...or another world, you could say...ahem.

It's a very precise game (to the point of being finicky) but I found the virtual pad easier than using a PC keyboard. You'll still curse these motherfuckers either way though.

Not sure about the other similar games but Happy Street you can play once or twice a day given how long it takes to make half the stuff!

I attended a high level meeting in work on Friday and the proceedings were interrupted by my iPhone notifying me that the mushroom stall was now built and ready for business... Not an easy one to explain away I can assure you!

And on the Atari Greatest Hits - people on the Retro Gamer forum are saying the update doesn't break things, so I'll summon up the courage to update it later...

Just got Happy Street... Would I be best to start on the ipad or iphone? Or will it sync to both, meaning it doesn't matter which I start on?

Rage of Bamamut is a strange one. Card game that gives loads of rupees but little of stamina potions unless you pay real money. You can enhanced your deck & mix cards whilst waiting for your stamina to build but got its boring waiting.

Anyone else got some tips to make it more fun?

Ah, the old stamina rip off. The worst thing to happen to ios gaming.

It just feels cheap. The game is enchanting until you are forced to wait unless you keep paying your way. I would prefer to buy the game outright & not have these silly barriers.

So any other card games similar but sans the stamina tax?

Didn't think much to Agent Dash at all. Took ages to load, and then when it did it was an average Temple Run clone, with controls that make it seem far more restrictive than TR. Stopped playing when it expected me to do two things at once.

I'm toythatkills on Game Center by the way, for anyone that wants Happy Street friends.
