I'm installing mine just now to play tomorrow lunch break, but if it's like the first game it's built that way, you HAVE to play from the bottom-up to build up your stats RPG style. It's not like Geodefense and other TD games where there's usually one or two ideal solutions per map, it's a case of lots of the time your simply not powerful enough to do a stage on a certain difficulty. Drop the difficulty down as far as it will go and build yourself up

Just tried it on the next difficulty down and it was a breeze. Not sure what to think at the moment, the stages seem awfully long, even sped up to x2, it was dragging a bit.

Yes, although that's unlocked with a purchase. Note that they still seem to be having problems, I don't think anyone outside the us can download it (I've tried a few times last night and this morning with no luck)

Guys, Billy the Painter. It's new and free (on iPhone) for a limited time.

You get a screen like this:

And have to fill as much with paint as you can (57% the target here). You do that by tapping in the middle and a circle of paint scrolls out from where you tapped. So, while that's scrolling out you have to hit the smaller circles at the right time so that hopefully, they all reach the edge at the same time. As soon as one part touches the edge, the level ends, and whatever per cent you've covered is your final total. Reminds me of Paint it Black, but is completely different. Really good.

Also, Outwitters is out. It's a turn-based asynchronous RPG tactics style battling thing. From the dev of Tilt to Live. Also Free.

I played gauge for about 5 - 10 minutes. It was a mildly diverting 5 - 10 minutes, but haven't had much inclination to play again. I may give it another try...

I'd quite like to see Mancopter on iOS.
