Any word on how spoilery Mass Effect: Infiltrator might be for someone who's still playing through ME2 for the first time? It sounds like they've gone more gestural with the controls after Dead Space and, frankly, I'm itching to get in on the ME3 hype somehow.

I'm only just past the first boss, but there's very little story or background to it, and so far it's all completely self-contained.

That said, although it's pretty good fun, I don't think it's good enough to risk spoiling ME2. It'll still be there when you're done.

Hmmm, that helps me make my mind of deleting Nomnom Combo.

What a rude bastard.

I deleted it after about a minute, but that video would have had no effect either way. It's just a dull game.

Picked up Big Cup Cricket last week and been playing it a fair bit. Cute game, but blimey the difficulty curve is bananas. Batting against India and bowling against Australia is about as rewarding as nailing your own face to a table.

Ta very much to whoever recommended Extraction.

I'm thoroughly enjoying that...

Yeah I went a bit nuts on it too, I thought it was dull to start with but when you work up to the drones and sentry guns it's just peachy. I've finished the main game, and currently grinding through weapon development. Quite compulsive!

Well, Pizza vs Skeletons is absolute madness. Balancing a leopardskin pizza with pouty lips in a blindfold and top hat on a rolling skull is worth the download price alone.

Agreed, cracking game. Totally bonkers and a lot of fun, liking the variety of challenges too. Here is my current pizza of choice.

Well, that's the end of Fairway Solitaire for me- done all courses, three starred everything. Really enjoyed it, feel a bit sad it's all done now. Are there any other jazzed-up solitaire games worth looking at? Ones with power-ups or whatever, like the iron system in Fairway.

Great game though, even started to quite like the commentary by the end. :)

Have you got an iPad? I have both version and the "courses" seem to be totally different.

Cleopatra's Pyramid is almost the same game but not as slick.

Maybe Solitaire Harmony?

An exciting and medieval twist to the classic Solitaire! Take a trip back to the Middle Ages! Earn coins to complete levels and build your own village while upgrading your castle at the top of the hill! You're the ruler of your own domain!

Yeah, it's obvious and cliched but they do pull it off very well. And I'm still hearing new stuff after many hours with it.

Hadn't heard of big fish before, will have to check out some of their other stuff. They seem to have a level of polish you don't normally see with these casual throwaways.

What do you mean?

Probably means stuff like EA's Dead Space and Mass Effect spin-offs. Not free, they're usually pricey to start with, but fall to 69p ridiculously quickly as a rule. Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed mobile games were free the other day on the App store, don't know if they've gone back up yet.

Yeah, basically games that are based on an existing console or PC videogame franchise, on iOS. I was just wondering if there are any free ones, but it seems not, pretty much...

Assassins creed revelations card game is free.

Fable pub games was free I think...

There may be others but only those two of top of my head.

Some of the others have been free a few times. Rage for instance.
