I'd recommend picking up Wooords which is currently free and universal. It's a word game which is fundamentally the same as moving magnet letters around a fridge creating words. It's extremely slick and clean looking, with the main mechanic of moving the letters around proving very satisfying.

There's a daily challenge too, need some more people on my friends list to get it for some competition!

Completed all 420 levels in Run Roo Run in about 18 minutes total :lol:

Obviously played it for a faaaair bit more than that. Beat the first weekly levels too, which unlock when you beat the game. I liked it a lot. The compulsion to get quicker times feels really odd when the levels last two seconds, but yet there it is anyway.

Awesome game. Wasn't sure that the one-screen thing would work over so many levels but the new gimmicks for each section were great. Got 100% completion last night, the "complete world 20 without dying" achievement was easier than I thought it'd be.

Surprised not more people are playing this. I thought RLLMUK loved its Asynchronous strategy games.

It's free to boot, with no freemium style limitations on play, in-app pruchases are just for new teams and customisation things. Completely optional.

Cover Orange (which, based on what little I've played so far, is basically Tiki Totems/Angry Birds in reverse, in that you're protecting the titular fruit (from acid rain)) is currently free if anyone's interested. Seems a decent enough way to pass the time so far...

Yeah, I'm interested in those types of questions as well - looks like it might make a nice alternative to Ascension and Carcassone with the regular bods.

Well, if my regular sparring partner is interested, I might give it a look too :D

Although the review does say that the adverts are 'relentless'....

Yep, extreme too :)

That's good going. I find some of the extreme levels absolutely infuriating. There's one quite early on with a jump near the start where you get about a nanosecond between it being too short and too long. Yet the main levels are ludicrously easy. I'd have preferred the extreme levels to be more intricate tests of skill rather than 'cram a load of obstacles as close together as possible'.

I'm in for some Hero Academy too, I'm balir in game, will start games with you lot. I went nuts and bought the dark elves straight off, since it's only 69p today it seemed worth a punt. No idea what anything does though, so go easy on me for the first game at least ;)

Yeah, the whole game lacks finesse and quality, I'm regretting buying it really. Shame on you those who recommended it!

Bought this ages ago and thoroughly recommend it, especially at that price. Some quite clever level design.
