The iOS gaming thread

As I've mention in this thread I released my first iOS game last week, Endless Lines

I've got five spare promo codes, so if you want one drop me a pm. The codes work with all app stores.

Reviews & stuff:

Arcade Life 73%

Internet Gumshoe 78%

148 Apps

(if you want a code for review purposes then pm me also, I've got some set aside for that too)

Thanks for the code! Sweet little game. One little thing i'd like is another colour to show the difference between potential paths and the actual path of the line, if you see what I mean.

You want to know what's better? The on screen joystick is fine for Bubble Bobble so you CAN PLAY IT ON THE TRAIN TO WORK!

*Edit* BTW. The reason the onscreen controls are visible on the Pac Land pic is because I'd had it paused long enough for the iCade to go idle and power down before I took the picture. They vanish when you start using the physical controls.

Double damn you!

I was going to wait until the iPad 3 was released before I bought an iPad.

I need one now after seeing these pics!

So tonight I'll be ordering an iPad2 and iCade!

I hope it's easy to Jailbreak.

So I downloaded Tiny Towers on a whim on Saturday afternoon, and after getting to fourteen stories and buying the first lift upgrade have just deleted it.

My god, what a horrible game. Pretty, compulsive, perfectly presented and becomes an addiction before you know it. I should never have tried it in the first place.

Congratulations on realising this after getting to 14 floors.

It took me 44 floors before seeing the light.

When's your stopping point floor 100?

I haven't scheduled a time to stop.

Coming soon: disc drivin' grand prix season 2....

Places will be limited, so keep an eye on the thread on online!

Can't you allow more people but have WAY fewer rounds? Just like a basic World Cup campaign kind of thing, so a round of leagues to start with then the winners/runners up race one on one in a knockout. Bit o' variation, too.

Really... so there's no option just to buy the game outright? That's pretty shocking... Liked the first two a lot, decently made 'tributes' to the Everybody's Golf / Hot Shots golf series, but this one seems incredibly cynical, even for Gameloft.

Nope. To download the game is 'free'. Arf.

It's a shame because I would otherwise happily pay upwards of a tenner for it.
