The costumes in Tiny Tower are so cool.

There's a bug with the costumes in Tiny Tower in the current version. If you visit a friend's tower, whatever costumes they've unlocked will be unlocked for you when you go back to your tower and you won't have to pay any Bux for them.

I've got all the costumes unlocked. Just sayin'.

Also, Rolling Fall is currently free. It's a bit like Cut the Rope in a way, but instead of delivering sweets you have to knock zombies over.

8-bit Rally and iBlast Moki are free too, and there's a Lite for Mega Mall Story if you want to give it a go.

I've just had an epic 30 minute game of Warblade HD on my iCade. I'm now 17th in the world with million on level 75. Well pleased. It felt so good to control. Real zone gaming.

The iCade? Prices seem to vary. I got mine from Amazon for 80quid. I believe it's cheaper from Expansys. Someone on the Mac Rumors forum said Costco in the UK were selling them too.

I just found a little gem of a game called Hungry Master. It doesn't look like much from the description and the screenshots but it turns out to be a rather nifty little game with stunning retro arcade presentation (You'll see when you fire it up). Best bit though is the flawless iCade support

Picked up Majesty yesterday, it's a remake of the original pc game, seems ok so far (though I preferred the original graphics), but be warned, on the iphone the text is MINISCULE

Blitz mode - the best 60 second game you'll probably ever play

Arcadelife verdict: Overall this is a fun little puzzler, more of a speed-test than actual puzzles and, for once, the time-limits feel like a deliberate game mechanic rather than a cheap way of introducing a challenge. It would be good to see some more modes introduced – the core gameplay is a solid enough foundation to justify some updates and expansions.

I got Let's Golf 3 a couple of days ago, and it's damningly bad.

Loved the first two, but Gameloft have now taken them down from the App Store to really push number 3, cos it's a pay-to-play game.

You get five 'energy points' and you use up one for every hole. You can't even do a half-round without opening your wallet.

Very disappointing.

That Anomaly Warzone Earth is one, Let's Golf 3 is another - anything else essential?

Really... so there's no option just to buy the game outright? That's pretty shocking... Liked the first two a lot, decently made 'tributes' to the Everybody's Golf / Hot Shots golf series, but this one seems incredibly cynical, even for Gameloft.

Lets Golf 3 is truly the worst implementation of IAP's yet. Equipment costs thousands of coins which unless you pay £ will take weeks to afford anything useful, shots cost "energy points" which you gain at the rate of 1 per hour unless you pay £. If this is the future of iPhone gaming then it'll kill the format dead. What's even more cynical is that even when you unlock a hole you can't play it in any of the other modes without "energy points" and to play an online game needs 9 of them - shame the maximum it allows you without an IAP is 7.

Money grabbing, cynical and an insult to gamers.
