Drakes Fortune 2 is rumored to use 80% of the PS3's power so lets see what happens when that appears.

If they knew it was only using 80% of the PS3's abilities then they'd be using the other 20%. In other words: lol.

That said, i'm intrested in this "new Tech" compared to say...ID's tech 5 engine which is an indication of the PS3's potential over the 360s (given Carmacks comments about it anyway).

You mean Carmack's comments about the PS3's architectural design being a mistake?

Therefore doing sum maths....the Ps3 is approximately somewhere between 23 and 33% more powerful then a 360.
