No replenishment is going to be tricky.

A mage will probably have to go frost, or since that will gimp dps and we're on heroic, swap Fin/Sood in for a dps. Probably me on both counts since I suggested it.

It might be ok, but it'll probably be ze painfuls.

I don't know how the Trees/Cham will cope without replenishment. They've better mana regen than shammies (I believe), but I know I certainly couldn't heal heroic without replenishment on Nugg. As it is I usually burn engineering potions (25% stronger than normal potions!) and mana tide and still wish i had a bit more mana.

You could always make Mot go Ret though and have Jera/Choc tank it if you want to keep all the mages as non-frosties.

I think we agreed last week that the DPS loss of one mage switching spec will still be far less then making Mot a DPSer. It will also not help that you'll be switching him for a bear which are by their design high HP mana soaks. Presumably there are other damage buffs a frost mage would bring that the others wouldn't for magic users which would help mitigate the DPS loss.

Is Mot's DPS significantly lower than Jera's then? I'd have thought Ret would have been reasonably on par with DKs?

Anyway, I'm not there tonight so not sure why I'm sticking my oar in anyway. I'll shut up eh! :(

Aye, a mage will lose circa 1k dps by switching to frost spec but, ignoring the terminal boredom of frostbolt spam, that didn't turn out to be a problem even on heroic Jeraxxus. Not having replenishment however, meant that healers were out of mana, and we died horribly.

Although we did have three mages last week, so two (loved, appreciated) arcane mages to pick up the slack may have helped :(

Ok Alt Ulduar run!! was a great success last week and so lets try again, what day and time is best for you all? I was thinking either tonight around 7 maybe and/or Monday day time around 4pm again??

I know a few folk wanted to come but are working and so Monday would be bad for them, others Friday may be short notice and not be able to come due to working again

If we can get 10 interested for tonight we can try it tonight, time can easily change if not we will go for Monday around 4pm

I'm probably not going to lead anymore ToTC25 raids to be honest. I don't really have time to guarantee another raid and I don't have fun dragging pugs through.

The gear is a nice, especially with Muks rolling power, but it all gets replaced soon enough. I never actually won anything anyway, my one piece was a gift from another Mukker!

Muk has also been banned from 10 man strict rankings because of the 25 man runs, which is shit as we were doing nicely there. It showed we were good at the content, in gear that meant it was also a challenge and not a faceroll. I didn't expect that to happen and am gutted the 25's got us removed.

I don't know if we can get back on though, and it's is only an opinion, so of course go for it if you wanna pug 25's and good luck!

I heard your getting good at the leading Ty. We're both Arcane mages from Muk, no one will notice the difference. I kept the reliable randoms thread updated, so there are some good people in there.
