He'll need to start giving a fuck because that money isn't rolling in quite as much as it might be. Estimates for 209 put the buys at 350k, with 208 garnering about 200k, both someway off the 1.1m buys 207 brought in.

210 isn't a great-looking card, and while 211 certainly is, it's not going to appeal to mass market.

Those are the sort of numbers the UFC were doing for franklin vs dave loiseau to put it into perspective.

Are you lot forgetting 2014 under the Fertittas ? Dillashaw vs Soto and Johnson vs Bagautinov headlining PPV's, the years biggest event being Weidman vs Machida at 540'000, everything else tanking.

GSP and Conor are back soon. That might help things.

And a one the year before when @Langsuir found your phone unlock code.

He actually left his Facebook open on the computer while drunk. Still bad to look but not quite as bad as unlocking someone's phone code lol

I don't like this cutting lark. Stupid imo. I once helped someone cut a ridiculous amount for a BJJ match and they couldn't grab onto anything come the match because their hands cramped up completely - no harm with a few pounds but these cuts are mental

Was that the one where him (and his coach to i think) had been drinking at an awards ceremony? Trash talkIng GSP, one of the most respectful professinal fighters, looks daft to me but thats what Bisping does.

Im watching UFC 65 GSP vs Hughes 2, and Nick Diaz is fighting Gleason Tibeault (sp?) and man, Nick was good and had so much potential and it makes his behaviour now sad to see.

is that video the official weigh in first thing in the morning, or the show one several hours later once they've been rehydrating and will be several pounds heavier ?

It's the proper weigh in. I'm not sure if this is a better way of doing it. The fighters are one or two weight class when they weigh in for the broadcast. Seems wrong.

Michael Bisping is Michael Bisping and we can't expect anything less, regardless of who he fights. I think it's gonna be a good fight though, Michael Bisping has really been all in, hands up working and pressing the action whether it's against Silva, Rockhold, Belfort, whoevever. Hope he turns up exactly the same against GSP.

Anyone watching tonight? Its a strong card.  I have to admit I hate the Brazilian crowd, I find them..how can I say this...distasteful and vulgar. My absolute favourite thing on a Brazilian show is the deafening silence when one of their own gets knocked out.

They are INSANELY loud on tonight's prelims so far, I think im gonna stay up just to see Gastelum flatten their hero.

As an mma fan I whole heartedly recommend you all watch the one fc card from last night in Bangkok.

First big event in Thailand and the crowd were unreal. The Thai fighters all did very well.

Worth the buy in price.

Knew I should have gone.

Pretty much this. For the same reason Germany's 7-1 was so, so enjoyable.

Couple of bangers on that card.

That Barbosa knee continues to make him one of the most marketable in the division. Watching him is like watching prime Aldo in terms of excitement. Probably even more exciting.

At first glance, I'd thought the Belfort stoppage was early, but in the replay he looked pretty done. Frantic, but done.

Gastelum is something seriously interesting in the MW division. Has to be knocking on the door of a Machida or Weidman next. If Weidman ever gets a win again.

What a card.

The Shogun win was great to see!  Fantastic combo - not bad for a guy with no conditioning. ;p

Hope Shogun goes to 185lbs now that he's on a decent win streak. I'm confident he could smash through the middleweight division even at this stage in his career.

I felt bad for Vitor. He looked like his world was falling apart post fight.
