Did anyone else pick up on the sexual tension between Lydia and Walt? I am not suggesting it was genunine on both sides but I thought there was a definite undercurrent between them when she offering him a business deal and he went to shake her hand, could be nothing but there did seem a slight shift from the threat of Walt murdering her to the exitment for making millions together in a very short order

Was sort of disappointed by the episode but upon reflection it's quite clever. It was basically a whole episode of tying things up yet you keep thinking of the flash forward and know something will give. The flash forward gives the final scene of the last episode more impact as you know for a fact that it's the beginning of the end. Anyway, I'm going to call it...

Half season of depressed off rails Hank keeping the secret to himself in shame. Loses/quits job. About to commit suicide before an event that puts someone in danger and gives him a chance to be a hero.

also

Walt will down the Ricin ala Scarface Cocaine, break into Gray Matter with his machine gun and fight his way to his ex partners but be taken down by Hank before he gets to kill them. Will spend his final hours in a holding cell. With the help of Saul, Jesse manages to get inside for a 30min one take scene of just dialogue between the two. Just before passing out Walt tells Jesse where all the cash is being held and do something good with it. Final episode. Skyler will be inside the container they then have sex for the entire episode on the cash. The sex scene is broken up with cool montages of Marie making milk for Holly with cool music.Final shot will be Walter Junior eating cereal whilst he watches the duration of the Gale Karaoke video

Why does Junior always eat cereal?

Because he's got... cereal palsy

Why does everyone feel Hank is going to commit Suicide?

He got crippled and came back from that, and he's one tough S.O.B

It's a popular theory because the revelation that Walt is Heisenberg is going to nuke his career as well as totally destroy his family as well as being the biggest shot to his ego - ever. We're not even taking into account that Walt paid for his medical bills. Hank got healthy off of profits made from the "classic Coke". He felt bad for Mercer when he was confessing to having Gus over for BBQ but he is in a much worse position than Mercer ever was. Also the film Mike was watching when Hank and Gomy searched his house is apparently about a cop's suicide.

As well as...

In episode 7, when Walt is crying inside Hank's office before sweeping the bugs, Hank comes out of his office and does the 'shoot myself in the head' gesture...

am i alone in finding that last scene a little weak? i couldn't tell if they were parodying similar moments in lesser shows, since it's a pretty lazy plot device.

it was always going to be something small and unforeseen which came back to bite him. I'm glad they didn't foreshadow it too much.

Oh! I see. Yeah, I do kind of agree there, you're right. On the plus side, it put a new spin on the 'you got me' line. I'm not sure how else they would have made sure the viewers 'got it', as it was a fairly small moment that could be easily forgotten. It didn't really bug me, but felt a bit beneath Breaking Bad to go "remember this bit???" all the same. I feel like we've had a couple of moments of brewing realisation in hank as the series progressed, like it was on the tip of his tongue but he couldn't put the pieces together. It was important to show how he got to the conclusion and make it clear that he had connected the dots back to Walt, so I guess they had to show that bit to demonstrate that he'd finally worked it out and not just added another piece to the puzzle. Walt's 'you got me' indicates this specifically. Hank's got him!

Now that Hank knows, I'm looking forward to seeing Dean Norris flex his chops as a character in such a tricky situation. He's a great actor, but Hank's character tends to veer from funny to awesome and doesn't always get his fair share of screen drama and depth to work with. His anxiety issues and his recovery were great to watch, I'm glad his character has such an interesting role for the rest of the series.

Also, Aaron Paul is really, really impressing me this season. He's always been excellent, but he seems to be maturing as an actor from one season to the next. I can't imagine a better place to improve your craft than acting alongside Bryan Cranston for years (though obviously it didn't work for Frankie Muniz )

Instead of making the iphone bigger why can't they just make the touch screen the entire front of the phone and put all the buttons on the bezzel?

That was actually Skylar's chin, not the new iphone
