Help with my 360 which is needing a lovely repair...

I got my first ever set of red lights earlier today, i filled out the console repair whatsit on xbox.com.....they said they're processing my repair order, blah blah blah, then an hour or so ago i got an email from UPS giving me some stupid stickers, now i'm SUPER confused, what do i need to do? do i need to print these off, cos if i do i'm quite buggered because i don't have a printer....also do i need to ring UPS up and ask them to collect from my house....or whatever, i'm so CONFUSED....any help will do thanks, oh, i'm in the UK too, so it's different i'm sure.
