Unsurprisingly, I am available for practice. I pretty much still play every night from about 8pm til 10:30, and later if Pizzown people are playing.

For our week 5 fixture, I can't play on Saturday or Sunday afternoon, but I can play any other day. So, that's starting times from:

Friday: 8pm--midnight

Sunday--Thursday: 7pm--10pm

Team Slayer on Snowbound

Tiebreak: Team Slayer on Construct

When can you guys play next week? Please post the times you can play as in my post above, then the last person should work out all the times we can all play, and post in the Flams Clan thread.

ok, monday it is then. the mrs wants to watch america's next top model at 9pm though, so we'll either have to play before it starts or afterwards. i'm easy either way.

Ah, Monday's not the best, then. We can't start at 7pm, and I don't really want to start at 10pm unless we have to. Tuesday or Thursday at 8pm?

Edit: I've proposed Tuesday at 8:30pm in their thread. Would be nice if we could all get online for 8pm to have a warmup.

Um. I've just been told that we have an appointment for getting the electricity meter changed between 17:00--21:00, so I might be a bit late... Sorry! It should only take about 15 minutes once the guy shows up, so hopefully it'll be fine.

Hey guys, thanks for last night.

I got the impression I may have said something over comms that was rude, but when someone (I think alisdair) said something about it I'd forgotten what I'd said. I do apologise profusely if this was the case :)

I really enjoyed the games, even though we won I never felt like we were truly in control. That team king match is probably one of my favourite matches I've ever played.

Pizzown C people, our next match is against the A-Team. I can play any evening from 8pm, or probably an afternoon on the weekend.

I don't think it was anything rude - you just all of a sudden burst out laughing when talking to your guest and I think we all thought you were talking to us. It was just confusing rather than anything else :wub:

As for the Team King match, I found it quite frustrating - I must have died two or three times just as the hill was moving, only to spawn right at the other end of the map...

exactly the same thing happened to me, in fact i think i mentioned that in the lobby after the match. every time the hill moved, they were already in it and i'd be stranded miles away.

either they knew where the hill would be spawning or things just fell perfectly for them.

our last match was an absolute nightmare for the lag/latency too. shame really as i think we could have got a better result if fortune had just been a little bit more in our favour.

at least it wasn't the battering we received in our first two matches.

I'm the same again I think - Monday, tuesday, wednesday, after 8. I think i'm still waiting for the internet, but I can pop down soulcabbage's gaff if needs be.

Jon, I know what you're saying about the hill - it's mostly luck, we had one hill just like that where we caught up a good bit, down where the dual spikers spawn.

May I warn you in advance that I may be swearing and yelling a lot when we're playing, and that you shouldn't take it personally? I've just about had it with Halo 3 online now, and I was on the verge to snap the disc in halves last night.

I think we'd prefer to aim for 20:30h, if you can make it. I'll make sure jon doesn't start the room and then hopefully our connections won't be too bad :unsure:
