I think I'm going to knock this on the head chaps. It's a pity, because I used to really enjoy it, but it just feels like work these days. And every time I'm killed by a demoman, a pyro, or the magical crits of an engineer my blood pressure rises. If you ever do the knockabout levels on Halo again I'll join you but not for this. Cheers.

Man that was crazy!

I had a blast but sorry about that last attack chaps - there seemed to be about four or five sentries and I couldn't sap em all without getting caught, really good defense :o

That's a shame. I'm loving it at the minute, a couple of weeks ago I was ready to quit.

You should try getting arseholed while you play, it works wonders!

Managed to end up on the randoms team then. They were running you lot down something rotten, "these guys really suck".

Pretty sure it was all muckers, after that game a few people left then my xbox hung so I went for dinner, could have been that game?

I just wish they would do Halo style matchmaking, it would be great to all go in as a team of 8 and fight other teams.

More seriously though, I was thinking t'other day - I reckon Valve could quite easily re-release TF2 as a stand-alone game over XBL, recoded and tweaked to allow further DLC, achievements etc. Then try to release new content, updates etc close to the PC version. There would be a market for it, I'm sure- I'd pay for it anyway.

I think that TF2 would probably be way over the size limit for XBL games. I'm concerned that since they have now updated 6 classes on the PC version they may have decided to wait till all 9 are finished before they tackle the 360 DLC.

Even worse, I suspect that updating the 360 version may not be financially viable for them this long after the release of the orange box. They may well decide to wait till episode 3 is finished then package it together with the full version of TF2.
