I love a game with randoms, we get to play as a team against unknown opposition. Just tonight wasn't good for me after getting screamed at for an hour and a half, I didn't have the heart for the game.

Ed was really pissed off that he wasn't doing well, but he wasn't communicating. Talking is the key in TF2. Mind, I didn't say much during the one game I was in.

Ed was pretty damn good, he was my nemesis in a couple of games. Really good Scout, dodging all over the place.

I don't say much although I try to point out stuff like new turrets, if the enemy has entered the base in 2Fort etc, in my mumbling voice that probably isn't audible on headset, but I try. Toony and therearerules are the masters of in-game communication though, sorting tactics and getting people gee'd up.

Nah, there's Mega Drive II as the top dog now. My son takes the odd game with my account too, and he's a bit handy.

And everyone got excellent while you were away. Keep a fresh hanky beside you so you don't make a mess when sobbing.

I got an insane headache during the first game so I let Ed play the next two. We played some games with randoms but the first two games were heavily balanced in our favour, then the third (on 2Fort) was recognised by the randoms as a game without a time limit, so they just shut us out and didn't attack. When Mark left, I think a random left our team too, leaving us very short. Suddenly, the other team went on the attack.

2Fort is shit.

No 2Fort tonight.

I'm going to start the first match on Hydro at 20:15 prompt. I would be very grateful if lots of you were to turn up before 20:20, as I can invite everyone before the first round ends. I would also be very grateful if both teams could act gentlemanly and not capture the point during round one. Sudden Death is fair game. That'll give me time to get everyone in without our team being at least one man down (me) for a long time.

Dustbowl can be our second map. I'd like to suggest playing to 3 points and ask everyone to recognise if your team is dominating the others and balance the teams accordingly. Let's have a classic match there tonight.

Gravel Pit has been a success recently, we'll go there for our third fight. Well or Granary can see us off if we have time.

THEN! Let's see if we can get a team of eight together to take on randoms. Maybe not eight, but as big as we can. Fingers crossed that America has some top telly on and we get to play against Europeans. We'll go on until some time after I blackout.

Dustbowl, Granary and Well for randoms, I reckon.

Everybody happy with that?
