A couple of days ago i emailed Bioware regarding a Mass Effect games on PS3/PC and this is what they had to say:

Thanks for your interest in Mass Effect. Currently Mass Effect is planned as an Xbox 360 exclusive title, so definitely the best way to make sure you get to play it is to purchase an Xbox 360.

However, it is possible that a version of r the PC or another platform could be made in the future. We are not currently working on a PC version, but that doesn’t mean that one could not be made in the future. We made Jade Empire as a Xbox exclusive and did eventually make a PC version, so it is possible. I would guess though, since the Xbox 360 version is published by Microsoft the odds of a PS3 version could be significantly lower than even a PC version. Still, you never know. Certainly it would be the demand for the game from fans such as yourself that may cause another version to be made.

Once again, thanks for your interest in Mass Effect. Keep your fingers crossed. =)

"We might make a PC version, possibly maybe. And if we did that, although it's incredibly unlikely, there's the slim possibility that we miiiiiight be able to do a PS3 version if Microsoft were willing to drop the publishing rights."

That's what I read.

Basically: "Not a fucking chance, fanboy"

But yeah, a PC version's gotta be guaranteed.
