A tenuous link to this months subject really (rusted pipes and leather!) let's call this a 'symbolic' interpretation.

Here's one I made this very afternoon, just in time for the deadline!

It's an old straw-cardboard factory, which shut its doors in 1965. It was then left to decay in the years following its shutdown. It recently was stripped from all things asbestos, hence I couldn't get any closer. It's now surrounded by nature, which gives it a rather strong contrast.

Can I just say that as a first-timer to the creative design forum and having placed my first entry in the photo contest, that everybody here is pretty damned good at capturing shots of things. I've got a lot to learn and I'm using you lot on the whole as my research.
