Blackpool have confirmed that today's game at Bloomfield Road has been called off due to a frozen pitch.

The match will now be played on Wednesday, 12th January at 8pm with tickets for the original date still valid.

Any Liverpool supporter who is unable to travel on the new date should return their ticket to Liverpool FC by close of business on Thursday, 6th January for a refund.

When the fixtures came out this was one of the games I was most looking forward to. Boxing Day games are great, and to be at home against you guys was something we could only dream of a couple of years back.
