Tuned in with 66 gone, great timing!

That dirty Napolio defender who tried to end Ngog's career gave away the pen, and Lucas who came on for Ngog "created" the third!

Justice, although I still think something like a 10 game European ban is the least he should get.

That's what you call justice. The bloke that gave the penalty away shouldn't have been on the pitch for that tackle on Ngog. Great third goal too.

Just caught the last half hour too and it was surprisingly entertaining. Also, I would like to add my agreement that Linda bird is indeed rather fit.

Was a poor first half but second was so much better, most likely to Gerrard. There were a few young rowdy Napoli fans a few seats down from us and i loved watching them go from being all bouncy and loud to a horrid look of defeated. Was class.

50/1 at half time for the Gerrard hat trick too. Wish id put a cheeky fiver on it.

excellent last 30mins, Shelvey is gonna be one hell of a player. Just glad we had Gerrard there to get us the goals, another great performance.

I didn't think Shelvey had a good game at all tonight. I mean he is going to be a great player but he didn't look great tonight. Spearing had a good game but I didn't think Shelvey did. But great to see them get games.

I thought he did OK. As you say, not great, but I suppose him being lumped out on the left for so long didn't help his cause.

We desperately need some wingers. I'm so sick of seeing us play without them. We had 5 central midfielders on the pitch at one point tonight.

No but he really looks like he will be fantastic. The things he tries, the relentless effort. He played pretty well, but he will a top top player.

Meireles really has times when he gets into some good positions then cocks up such simple passes and chances. Very infuriating.

Shelvey should be a great player once he gets experience and more first team games under his belt. I'd love to see him play more and more this season.

Ngog has started to really become a man I feel I was impressed with him last week.

Even a draw tommorrow would be a good result, if it turns out wrong again let's hope that it isn't too much of a knock to the confidence.

Whats more sad is that you got that from the comments made. Did you actually manage to type that out without cringing? Because I know I did when I read it. Because some people disagreed with what was said they "couldn't stomach it"? Jesus, no wonder Ramone talks about you the way he does. Heaven forbid someone express their opinion about football in a football thread!

I do feel for Ngog. He's been playing well yet just can't buy a start. We also look better with him on the pitch, and yet he's benched again.
