I'm guessing the same place that said Hodgson blocked Dalglish travelling, that Hodgson had removed a mural of Rafa, that we had a deal to buy Jovetic and Silva. The same place that said Hodgson has lost the support of Reina and Agger...

Does it matter?

What matters is how well he'll manage to link up with Rooney when they're both at Valencia.

Torres wouldn't go back to Spain unless it was back to Athletico. Also, Valencia would have to change their shape completely to accomodate 2 strikers. Don't be such an idiot.

What's going on this thread of late? It's been nothing but stupid, stupid bickering. I used to like coming in here and chatting about football and the team etc etc. Now it's just descended into infantile playground discussions. I would suggest that until stuff is actually on the club website or officially stated, we stop stating crap like Torres won't play for Hodgson etc as none of us know the real truth. All we can really comment on is the football, which has been pretty dire.

Maybe that's what's wrong with us all. We're all looking for someone to blame for the recent fall of the club, but there just isn't any one thing. Can't we just all get along.

Quite a few journalists have been talking about it on Twitter. As always, usual caveats apply whenever anything newsworthy is posted.

But to keep ramone happy, I will be more clear.

THERE ARE REPORTS FROM JOURNALISTS that Torres and Reina are deeply unhappy and that there are rifts between players in the dressing room, as the belief is that some of the players were culpable in Benitez being sacked and they're not happy about the way things have turned out.

This is seriously the worst game of football I have ever seen.

Wasn't there a 0-0 between Liverpool and Sunderland yeaaaars ago...where Sunderland had 0 shots (officially, they had one from about 40 yards which hit a defender and was counted on the stats). That was worse I'm sure.
