Not what I expected, but I'm actually really enjoying this season so far for us.

Initially I wasn't over the moon with getting Keane instead of someone genuinely world class that could properly take the burden of an injured Torres but at least he's better than our other 2nd choice strikers. Riera already looks very good. Gerrard is maintaining his class, Masch is growing in confidence and filling his role particularly well. Our defence has been decent to brilliant. Babel has always been one of my favourite players and it looks like he'll seal his place as one of the best players in the premiership this season. Torres is cosmic.

We've finally got a squad that's probably deep enough in quality to properly absorb Rafa's rotating.

All I'd like to see is Dubai buying us, paying off our debt, get the stadium sorted and in January buying Puyol, Nesta, Kaka, Villa and Messi so Rafa can rotate as many as he likes
